‼️ Don’t book a visit to any of their Clinics 🚨

The worst experience ever, that we had from someone , I don’t understand how someone can be still operating a business with that kind of attitude.

I’m putting this review just so other people can see and don’t experience this kind of service anymore.

My wife is expecting and as everyone else we want to have some extra testing so everything it’s normal and it’s our first baby 😇, but those ladies ( or receptionist that they have don’t have any kind of empathy or understanding on how important it’s to hear their guests).

We had a booking in one of their clinic and after some research this is what we find closer to us.
Until here was ok, after that we pay the deposit and reserve our appointment, in a part of the day ( morning) a lady called for some extra information and at the same time you can hear her driving in the time was calling ( this didn’t look right and professional).
They were asking to have some scans before and if we had and things that they were supposed doing ( that’s why we were paying more that £350 ) and this lady was the most non supportive person ( maybe she was in a rush to go to her work ( as I told before she was driving at the same time we had the call), she was given some other information for some other clinic and saying that we will loose deposit.

Anyway after her reaction that felt so wired 😳 we had another call and on the conversation ( the receptionist) decided that we were were not welcome anymore to their clinic ( thank goodness 😅 imaging going there for a beautiful moment and they destroying everything)

After that we decided to go to another clinic in London ( didn’t know it was the same chain ( apparently she has spoken with others and we had another call from them) we were expecting for someone to call us to ask for more information what happened but instead she threatened us to remove the bad review😅 blackmail us for a service we will paid the money.

On top of that she was rude as well ( apparently they chose their staff depending how rude and not professional they are)

🚨 Something else that everyone needs to know it’s that before that they send you a form and basically force you to sign things that are against you ( because if you don’t they don’t give you back the deposit anymore ( £50) you can see from the screenshot that they actually are saying that we are not responsible if the result are wrong or they do mistake ( because it’s a third party doing the test) so your paying a lot of money and they are not responsible if something is wrong 😑 ( keep in mind that the test we are speak it’s called NIPT ) something that your doing to se if you have any anomaly ( this doesn’t make sense) , so we’re doing anomaly tests but we’re not accountable for we do mistakes on our side( you can see it from the pictures).

So basically everything was a disaster and they just ruined our day ( imagine a pregnant woman how sensitive they are).

We are in a place that everyone can choose what to do and where they can go but this is just a warning ⛔️ for everyone else to know before they choose their services.

Literally the worst experience ever …

Very bad service!

I am very disappointed with the service I received.
I booked a same day NIPT test through your website. I had previously used the booking system without any issues, as it automatically selected my location. However, this time, despite choosing my preferred clinic location, the booking was made for a different location. I only noticed this after receiving the confirmation email.
I immediately called the clinic to see if the location could be changed. Initially, there was no answer, but I later received a call back. The lady I spoke with informed me that changing the location would not be a problem and said she would call me back shortly to arrange it.
When she called again, I was unavailable, so my husband answered the phone. During that conversation, she asked about a previous dating scan. The website states that a scan confirming the due date is required, which I had already completed. However, she then explained that the scan must have been performed within the last 14 days so that the baby’s measurements could be checked. This requirement was not clearly stated on the website. The only information provided was that a scan confirming the due date was needed, which I had completed three weeks earlier.
Although we were unhappy that this information had not been made clear, we agreed to pay the additional £90 required for another scan. At that point, we were informed that there was no availability at the location we had originally selected. What was particularly frustrating was that earlier we had been told that changing the location would be absolutely fine, but later it was presented as though the clinic was doing us a “favour.”
My husband then asked whether we could simply change the appointment date and make a new booking. We were told that we would lose our £50 deposit. We did not feel this was fair, especially given the confusion caused by the booking system and the lack of clear information regarding the scan requirements.
Throughout the conversation, the representative’s attitude was unprofessional and unhelpful. After some discussion, she eventually agreed to refund the deposit, but then abruptly ended the call without any explanation. I found this extremely rude.
Afterwards, I attempted to make a new booking online, but discovered that I appeared to have been blocked from using the website. Instead of allowing me to book, the system directed me to call her number. I have screenshots showing this issue, yet there has been no explanation as to why I am unable to book online.
What concerns me most is that it appears the receptionist may have decided to restrict my access to the clinic’s booking system following our conversation. If that is the case, I find it highly unprofessional and inappropriate. No member of staff should have the authority to prevent a patient from accessing a service simply because of a disagreement or complaint. If there is a legitimate reason for my inability to book online, it should be clearly explained rather than leaving me blocked without any communication.
Overall, this was a very poor experience. I would not have minded paying the additional cost for the scan if everything had been explained clearly from the beginning. However, the lack of transparency, inconsistent information, and poor customer service made the entire experience extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Afterwards, we booked again a NIPT test with the clinic and, following my earlier review about our experience, I received a phone call informing me that unless I deleted my review, they would not provide any further service to me. I found this extremely unprofessional and upsetting.
The lady on the phone was confrontational and caused me significant stress during my pregnancy, which is the last thing any expectant mother should have to deal with. Rather than addressing the concerns I raised, I felt pressured to remove my honest feedback in order to continue receiving care.
Patients have the right to share their genuine experiences, whether positive or negative. Attempting to prevent someone from expressing their opinion by threatening to withhold services is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about professionalism and customer care.
Very disappointed with the way this situation has been handled. I will not be returning and would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.
Never again.

I paid for a scan and haven’t had results for a condition that requires medical intervention. Feels like a scam.

Appalling Attitude Of Manager

Needed to cancel, but was told I couldn’t. Then was told that somebody else may take the appointment and if I didn’t hear back by 9 am the next day that meant the appointment still stood at 10am. I did not hear back and at 9 am the following day I set off to attend the Clinic. At 9:30 am I received a phone call from a very rude woman who told me that the appointment has been taken therefore I can cancel mine. I explained to her that was not the arrangement and I was on my way for the scan. She hung up the phone on me. I telephoned back asking him why is she hung up and she said we must’ve been cut off (very convenient for her). She told me an emergency has taken my 10 am appointment therefore I was to attend at 10:15am. When I arrived at the Clinic I was told by a couple who had taken my 10 am appointment that it was not an emergency and they were having a gender scan. Hmmmmmm. The receptionist informed me that it would’ve been a manager that I had spoken to. That’s a poor reflection of a company if that’s how a manager conveys themselves. To date I have text the manager’s phone number back asking who to make a complaint to however i have been ignored. I have also emailed On their info@ email address but have received no response. I would suggest looking at the Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection report. I will also provide details of my negative experience to CQC. In fairness, the two positives from this experience were the pleasant attitude of the receptionist and the equally pleasant attitude of the sonographer. The manager needs to put herself on a customer service course.

Issue with my address on the invoice

I went for the ultrasound this week and everything was fine. Receptionist and sonographer were lovely. However, I asked to have my address printed in the invoice so that I can claim back cost from Medicash. I was told there should be no issues. I got the invoice on my email but without the address. I called and was told they would call me back and that there is issue to have my address printed. But they never called me back. I don’t understand why this is such a big problem..

If you googled for ultrasound services…

If you googled for ultrasound services like I did and settled on this one, I would not recommend it based on my experience. I booked a Saturday evening appointment and turned up promptly. Nobody had turned up to do the ultrasound
First of all they said they were 10 minutes late. This then turned into half an hour, so I left. Noone phoned me saying they were running late in advance. So I wasted time and money commuting in. I would recommend going somewhere else based on this experience.

Rude and unprofessional reception staff

Ultrasound Plus London, Docklands:
Just waiting for my appointment. I am pregnant and was rushing because the lady on the phone told me I would have to pay extra if I was 10 minutes late. I arrived on time. Instead of basic professionalism, the receptionist was rude, sarcastic, hostile, and unnecessarily aggressive. I was then told they are running late and that I have to wait even longer — delivered with attitude.

This behaviour is unacceptable. Work on your attitude. We pay for these services; nothing here is free, including your salary. The bare minimum expected is respect and basic hospitality.

DONT BOOK IF YOU’RE PREGNANT — A DOCTORS EXPERIENCE

I've used private scans before, such as Ultrasound Direct and others. But this has by far been the *worst* inhumane, unprofessional experience. As a doctor, I am *appalled* by how insensitive and unprofessional the staff are. Booked an early ultrasound scan because I've been worried about some spotting. I arrive and the sonographer already had a very monotonous, moody, non-engaging personality. She stated she could not see a foetal heart beat. Naturally I'm worried. She reassured that sometimes it's too early and I should book a rescan (bare in mind, in my previous private clinics they offer this for free when the scan doesnt pick up what you paid for, considering you're already paying a lot). I return to the desk, and was just handed a report, no scan photos, and told someone will call me to arrange the next scan free off charge. I never received a call. Or any photos. I call the admin, they denied any of this happened. The receptionist then says "Since it's a non-viable pregnancy, there's nothing to see on the scan so there's really no need to send these to you?" I beg your pardon?? The most insensitive way to deliver bad news that was not confirmed by a medical professional (please note I am a doctor and she was a receptionist and the sonographer barely seemed to want to engage. We had to keep probing questions to get answers as paid customers), and that too paid £80 for the scan, expecting everything. If I were experiencing a miscarriage, all the scan photos and report are essential for me to handover to the EPU/obstetricians (which were requested when I contacted my GP). I informed the EPU of my experience and they also stated this was out of their remit to do this or state that, and how normally this would be classed as misconduct. I've been devastated since receiving that information over the call. STILL haven't received a scan photo. AND surprised, in such circumstances, they are not offering a rescan for reassurance. They expect you to still pay £65 (discounted price apparently) while other Ultrasound companies give it free off charge in situations like this.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!

Cancelled my appointment on the day after booking holiday. The clinician couldn't even take a blood sample and I had to drive 100+ miles to another facility to get the blood taken. Was promised fast tracked results to compensate all the travel but the results still took 3 weeks and was never fast tracked as promised!!

This review is 100% for this company. We had an appointment booked at Brentwood, which we booked holiday for and the appointment was then cancelled the day before, we then had to rebook and attend another day which caused a lot of stress, Brentwood is 63 miles away us, a trip we were willing to make but due to them not having a staff member capable of taking the blood sample on the day and wasting a whole day travelling there and back we then had to travel to another facility in Watford a different day, which was 102 miles away from us (All in all it turned into 3 days off work and 200 miles on top of what was supposed to be a 130 mile round trip) PLEASE BEWARE! ADVISE YOU TO DO YOUR RESEARCH AND FIND SOMEWHERE PROFESSIONAL.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Called 45 hours prior to my appointment and asked to move it to another available slot on the same day (the website shows available slots every 15 minutes) and explained that my dog now has to see a vet at that time. Was told I'd lose my deposit and have to pay it again, and the woman just kept repeating 'we have a strict policy'. I'd understand if there were no other slots available but there are literally so many.
There is no customer care here, it's very much sales driven and in my experience there are other clinics that provide a much better customer experience. You are very much treated as a number and not an individual, all they care about is your money. I've had all of my private pregancy scans here but unfortunately we wont be returning.

PLEASE DO NOT USE ULTRASOUND PLUS

Disgraceful service. Please please, I entreat you, please do not use! Disgusting attitude of staff is pervasive. As a paying customer, you have the right to say if you are not happy with the service. But at Ultrasound Plus (Brentwood) you are dismissed, patronised and treated like your business is not welcome. The only chance to stop this is to not use them. Please, treat this review seriously. They are appalling.

Extremely Disappointed


Extremely Disappointed – Unprofessional and Uncaring

We had an early pregnancy scan booked for 10:45, only to receive a call at 08:30 on the same day informing us that it had been moved to 11:45 — completely messing up our entire day and other scheduled appointments. We arrived early, at 11:30, and still weren’t seen until after 12:10. Completely unacceptable.

The scan itself was uncomfortable and distressing — the man performing it pressed extremely hard with zero sensitivity or regard for how early into the pregnancy we are.

To make things worse, we were not given a printed report after the scan. We explained multiple times that we urgently needed the report to send to our doctor abroad. We were brushed off and told it would be emailed.

Three hours passed. Two phone calls — one to the head office and another to the branch — and still no report. We were told to be patient because they had “other patients.” The staff on the phone were shockingly rude, cold, and completely lacking in empathy or professionalism. No compassion whatsoever for people going through an emotional and fragile time.

Avoid this place at all costs. You’re not just a number when you’re expecting — you’re a human being, and you deserve to be treated like one. This clinic clearly doesn’t understand or care.

Unprofessional and unacceptable – still no refund

I cancelled my appointment on May 29 well within the cancellation policy and was told my £30 deposit would be refunded the following week. It wasn’t. I followed up again and was told the refund would be processed early the week of June 9. Still nothing. I called again on June 13 and was told I’d receive the refund by the end of the day. Yet again, nothing.

This is now over two weeks of delays, repeated follow-ups, and no resolution. It’s completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I’ve wasted time repeatedly chasing a refund that I am fully entitled to under their own policy.

If the refund is not issued immediately, I will be reporting this to Trading Standards, initiating a chargeback through my bank, and sharing this experience more widely so others are aware of the risk when booking with this clinic.

I do not recommend it at all

I do not recommend it at all, I went for my first appointment and it was not as I expected they say 4D but it's not like that everything was on fast forward, I did not see and understand anything I had to reschedule, they said they would call us and a week passed and I called and they rescheduled me, before the day before they called me that we have to cancel as it is an NHS emergency, I understood I rescheduled, and the day before the same story and I said I did not accept such a thing after they said they would call back which they did but they told me it was the sick doctor, 2 calls a day apart and different lies. Why should I have to accept NHS emergencies at my own expense? It has remained that a manager calls me to talk about the problem, to this day no one has called, if they don't I will personally go to them even if I come from out of town

Absolutely horrific experience

Absolutely horrific experience, would advise everyone to stay away. Woman from the head office was so unbelievably rude, never had such a cold, insensitive conversation. The clinic has policies in place which seem to be happily adjusted when it is their staff at fault. I find it incredibly sad as it is a health clinic, so the majority, if not all patients have concerns about their health and are going through a difficult time. My partner suffers from a serious health condition and has being going through a health scare, she has been so emotional and scared, a shell of herself. We had travelled 2 hours to the clinic and 2 minutes before the appointment had a phone call to say the appointment had been cancelled. We wasted so much time and fuel, not to mention the distress it caused. She had been so worried about this appointment and had prepared herself for the scan, to then be told she would have to come back, it was heartbreaking seeing her like that. The woman called and explained she could reschedule her appointment, so she did, to the following day. The following day, the appointment then was changed again due to another staffing issue. As you can imagine, our main concern was ensuring nothing sinister had come back, and ensuring my partner felt comforted and reassured, not to deal with the terrible service we received. After having the scan, as stated in the email, we made a complaint in the first 48 hours. Unfortunately, this meant having to endure another cold conversation with the head member of staff. She had absolutely no empathy, straight away insisted nothing could be done and I should have just ‘asked’ and she would have refunded me the deposit. I find it incredibly strange how that was mentioned after the appointment as this goes against their ‘so-called’ policy, and she also never mentioned this on the phone which you assume she would offer to do if that was the case. She just said that the appointment could be ‘rescheduled’, which is why we did attend the appointment. The phone call was her defending her staff and repeatedly saying ‘it’s not our fault’, firstly, it’s wasn’t ours either, and secondly, we aren’t bothered which of your staff is at fault, we just expected some compensation for the almost 8 hours travelled. She then offered 20% off the next ultrasound which I can assure you will not be used after the treatment we endured. The woman based in the head office is clearly very good at manipulating vulnerable clients and twisting the story, I can see that from the previous reviews and also the multiple phone calls I overheard when she spoke to my girlfriend. I am sure the response to this review will her defending and twisting the situation however, as a paying client, I can assure you it will be untrue. STAY AWAY.

Avoid prestwich branch at all costs

Went to the prestwich branch today for a pelvic scan (monitoring). I have never felt so awkward and embarrassed by the treatment I received. First, the sonographer is the most miserable, rudest person I’ve ever met. She pointed aggressively where to sign the consent form, kept asking what I don’t understand about the previous reports I have received. She was was very intimidated. Just ran out the door saying don’t get dressed until I leave and shouted at me when I dressed too early as if I have some sort of disease. Just absolutely awful! Sort the prestwich branch out! The lady clearly doesn’t want to be there.

Shockingly bad

Shockingly bad.

Cant get through to anyone. Tried multiple times. All I got was a woman with broken english asking me to hold. She never came back. That happened multiple times. Why would I put my health in your hands?

I had a reply to state no one has broken English so it can’t be them. Ultrasound Plus, 38 Harborne Road? If it isnt you then please ensure Trust Pilot amends the links because the website attached leads to the one I called, and I will amend the review.

Perhaps the accent threw me. I did attempt to actually speak to her on the many many times I called and she asked me to ‘hold’ before never returning. Perhaps if she’d stopped to actually answer the calls i’d have a better grasp of her language ability.

I dont need to call. I booked and attended a clinic last week. One which responded to my phone calls.

Ultrasound Plus Leicester Upper Abdomen with Zeenat Khan

Ultrasound Plus Leicester. As soon as my husband and I entered the attractive, comfortable room we got a warm friendly welcome from Leah the lovely receptionist who put us at our ease.
In the ultrasound room we met Zeenat the sonographer, a warm, friendly, intelligent young women who was thorough in every respect and professional to the core.
Zeenat really knows her stuff and found something I needed to know about. I had opted for the upper abdomen ultrasound which included the Pancreas, Spleen, Kidneys, liver and bile duct and included a detailed report delivered by email along with ultrasound images delivered on the very same day.
Where else could you get a next day appointment and such professional service from a highly knowledgeable sonographer at a cost of only £120 and without needing a referral from a GP? Nowhere. So very pleased I found this place. Thank you so much Zeenat.

Went in for a dating scan at the London…

Went in for a dating scan at the London docklands branch, the scan was extremely uncomfortable, the sonographer pressed very hard and when I told her she tried to gaslight me saying that my bladder wasn’t full enough (I was bursting to pee).

Please ladies, if you are after a pleasant private scan, NHS is far better than this place, stay away.

Left feeling not very happy, disappointed and feeling worried if the baby was okay.

Bedrijven kunnen reviews verzamelen via geautomatiseerde uitnodigingen. Deze reviews worden als geverifieerd bestempeld, omdat het evident is dat ze op echte ervaringen gebaseerd zijn.
