I had a great gender reveal scan. Very detailed

Was a very professional place, we paid for the emerald package and when we got home, the 4d dvd was not playing properly, after a short phone call we was invited back to make another dvd the next day, that one was fine, was very please with the service and would recommend to others.

This was a really wonderful experience, I purchased this as a gift for my daughter and her partner (and me if I'm truthful), the sonographer was very friendly and patient even though baby wasn't totally co-operative about taking his hand away from his face, we had a little break half way through and then went back in. The photos and DVD are beautiful and everything was packaged so nicely. I will definitely reccommend to any one who is expecting.

I had a really bad experience- blood sample was awfully taken from my vein. Person who performed it went through my vein and blood went everywhere.In addition she tried second time to get some blood from the same vein again..

The clinic is okay! Very clean and peaceful.Had a bit of an issue but the staff from the clinic have proven to be very understanding, polite and willing to provide great service.

We had a long wait time at the Canary Wharf clinic and were disappointed with the service we received for our growth scan, but after calling head office, we were pleased to see that the management took it very seriously and wanted to make up for what they consider a very out of character episode of poor service. They have offered another growth scan free of charge, which we have accepted for later in the pregnancy. Hopefully after our next visit I can update the review to 5 stars!

Canary Wharf branch. They were running 45 mins late. Very friendly staff. Scan was very quick (5 mins) but answered all our questions. Image was very clear on screen but print outs too dark to see anything and baby outline barely visable. Much darker and blurrier than NHS pictures taken the day before. No partial refund offered, didn’t care. Very quick to ask for your money. Don’t waste your money. Really disappointed.

Amazing from the moment we arrived. We were treated by a lovely receptionist who made us feel comfortable and at ease. Victoria our sonographer was amazing, she was so patient and kind as we went for gender scan and baby would not get in the right position. After three attempts we got there and the staff did not rush us at all.

I would highly recommend ultrasound plus Watford. Thank you for everything!

Really helpful clinic, we wanted a scan and blood test over the Christmas period at very short notice. They were very accomadating and friendly and mangaged to fit us in.

I would defiantly recommend and use again if needed.

Very good staff all round, fair prices and nice extras (keyrings, photo options etc).
The 3D is great as they offer a return scan for free if the baby is not playing ball!

Only missed out on 5 Stars due having v v v long wait times, meaning my wife would get uncomfortable (due to not going to the toilet).

We have been there 5 times and each time the wait was around an hour for a booked appointment.

Honestly they were brilliant, appointment in 2 days and the ultrasound guy was ultra sound! Very patient, no rush at all and very friendly. Receptionist was lovely. I was really really impressed and would recommend to everyone!

We recently had a 3d/ 4d scan with ultrasound plus and despite us leaving it quite late at 34 weeks and our baby being extremely uncooperative the sonographer persevered until she was able to get us lots of great pictures. We left very happy, thank you.

We visited Ultrasound plus for a gender scan a few weeks ago . The ladies were all very friendly and helpful and our scan was very accurate and detailed . We did have our Appointment time changed at the last minute due to a double booking though ( hence 4 stars rather than 5)

A lot of communication issues and very bad post sale service. I have been told that they will send 4d pictures to my email and never got them. I chased several times but they never came back.

Booked a reassurance scan after a small bleed as NHS could not scan me for days, was able to book the scan for the following morning. Good service.
