Great Customer Service
I had ordered a bracelet for my husband for Father's Day. One of the links had broken. I contacted their Customer Support and emailed them a photo of the broken piece. They immediately went into action and are now sending me a new bracelet. Their customer service team is great to work with and I am very satisfied with this company.

The company is true to their word I order a bracelet for my husband at the popular size this was a surprise for him not knowing it was not the right size it was hurtful when he got it and it didn't fit but the company came through and sent us another size and oh my goodness to see the reaction on my husband face when it came and it fit was priceless ☺️would I order again yes most definitely this company is understanding and compassionate and I thank you so much for that♥️

Developed a problem with my leather bracelet within 6 months of purchase. Contacted the vendor, who immediately responded and advised that a replacement bracelet would be dispatched to me to replace the faulty one. The new replacement bracelet arrived within two weeks, no fuss, no bother, great customer service!

poor service has made it a regrettable purchase.
I purchased the LUMINESSA I Perched Bracelet as a gift for my husband, but unfortunately, it was too small. I reached out to customer service multiple times, hoping to resolve the issue, but I was repeatedly told that my concerns would be checked and that they would get back to me. Despite my persistence, I never received a response.
I'm extremely disappointed with this experience. Not only was the bracelet the wrong size, but the lack of communication and assistance from customer service has left me feeling like I've wasted my money. I had high hopes for this product, but the poor service has made it a regrettable purchase.

Suivi commande deplorable. Manque de transparence sur provenance produit. Délai assuré de livraison avant la fête des pères reçu bien après. Sur le produit en lui même pas d'avis. Visuellement conforme. Pour la qualité à voir dans le temps. Se sera ma seule expérience.
Je reçois bien les mails de suivis.. mais je ne.commanderai plus sur ce site. Donc pas besoin de trouver de solution. Réponse déjà apportée plusieurs fois au site qui envoi des relances pour avoir une réponse pour solutionner... cadeau fêtes des pères reçu bien après la fête...aucune compensation possible... juste deception
