That was really nice service

Despite some trepidation about dealing with a third-party ticketing agency, everything went very smoothly. Communication was good, and was easy to ignore the usual upselling. Expectations were exceeded.

I felt very safe and confident using your service because of how quickly and reliably you respond on WhatsApp, as well as the fast and accurate support via email. I’m already recommending Underpricer to many of my friends and look forward to using your services again in the future!

Customer service was very good when I had an airline problem. April rocks!!

On ticket reissue during a cancellation I lost access to the correct seat map. Airline said the issue was with the travel agent, they can't fix it. Called Underpricer, none of their agents spoke English well, didn't/couldn't understand that the ticket was likely out of sync because of the change and the seat map showed the wrong cabin. They didn't even know what out of sync means. Use another travel agent or book direct where possible!

Very sketchy and misleading experience. Booked via Kayak which booked on Underpricer. I booked a fare including a certain level baggage on Aer Lingus.

When the booking finally came, the flight was “bundled” with a very sketchy hotel. I never booked that. It also was a basic economy fare to Dublin, with limited bags and then the full baggage allotment from Dublin to London. Not good.

Waited on hold for over an hour. Ultimately got to cancel, but would definitely avoid.

They are getting cheaper fares by doing a package, knowing that it’s not a real package.

Very nice people, they care about helping their customer. When they promised something, they keep working on it until it’s done without delay.

My flight was delayed by 12 hours, but ultimately I got my refund. Thanks to jadd so I am very happy. I got my money back and they will always cover you and it is a great company to book.

This company is a total scam. Beware. Though this was booked through Kayak with a Singapore airlines flight the company is a third party service that trades in shady business practices. They will cancel or change your flight at the last minute, hassle you about flight changes without even showing the correct time changes, ask for extra money to address changes, etc. In my case they rebooked the first leg of a transfer to fall two days after the second leg of the flight, making it so I would miss both flights. The chat is just an automated chat bot and customer service gives you the run around by just putting you on hold and transferring you to one person after the other. It seems like they try to use every trick in the book to scam you out of your money.

Definitely the best price I could find for flights to Europe and back in July. I was being contacted by some agent to upgrade by choosing seats, etc. which I found unnecessary and just ignored. The seats we got without paying for them were just fine.

Made my booking easy and fast and when the airline company changed my itinerary they contacted me very fast and solved my problem and made me satisfied. Thank you.

Liars and fraud. They are not professional agency at all. They kept delaying the response to delay my flight due to medical emergency despite the fact that the airline kept answering them that it was ok to postpone but they are thieves and wanted to rip us out of our money.
Bunch of losers behind their desks, not helping at all.

Sent me wrong information on flight changes - told me they sent emails which they never did. They tell me I accepted the changes on the email they sent (which they never did) and instead, I only saw their responses on WhatsApp.

When asked if I can cancel my trip and get any refund, they told me I am not eligible! I contacted directly the airlines and I was eligible for full refund!

Underpriced fooled me with the wrong information and then they were going to take my refund from the airlines too.

The team was so very helpful and worked with me through some challenges I had on my end.

My experience could not have been better. Multiple airlines on the Star Alliance were involved. From making the reservation, to accessing tickets at the counter, to completing the journey - all went smoothly. The unsolicited phone call from Underpricer agent was helpful in navigating pre-trip requirements.
