Purchased nano spray protection for my car which didn’t work at all. They offer money back guarantee but totally ignore my constant requests and never reply. Never use this company bad products and zero service

I ordered 2 multi function knives, they took several weeks to arrive. I contacted them and they said there was a delay in supply and they would send them asap.When they did arrive they were nothing like those in there advertisement. The knives wouldn’t cut as they said they would, the handles were plain round wood,they looked like they were made of round broom handles.
They then took another full payment from my visa account, which they later refunded. I asked how I could return them and get a refund. There was no reply to this.
They consider the money returned to me was a refund, I have contacted them on numerous occasions to no avail.
I think there business is a scam. Dennis Hunt.

I placed an order a month ago and have received nothing, not even an email to say where my order is. I've sent 2 emails requesting information and had no reply.
Very disappointing as this was to be Easter presents for my granddaughters.

Ordered one day, received the next. Assembly took me longer than stated. Good wool polishing wheel disc.

I recently bought a fabric shaver fuzz remover. I'm quite happy with my purchase.

Isaw an ad on Instagram and went to their website and it looked suspicious so I investigated it on scam websites and found lots over 150 complaints of people who had ordered goods and never received them. No way of contacting them either. Do. It under any circumstances believe the reviews as they are fake. Do not! I repeat do not buy from this site if you do not want to be scammed.

The company has no customer service, have contact this company many times to no avail. They are happy to email there products but when you try to contact costumer service crickets. Will not deal with Undersunnie again.

Stay clear of this company! I placed an order, they took my money then never delivered what I paid for. Their customer service has literally never responded to dozens of my emails. This is a plain and simple rip off company.

I am currently in a dispute with them as I ordered a product back in August 2025 and now here it is at the beginning of November and I still have not received the product. I contacted the company via email on three separate occasions and received the same response each time. The response was that they are very busy, behind in fulfilling ordered and are taking steps to catch up. The ironic thing was when I informed them I filed a dispute with my credit card company all of a sudden they came back and said the product was delivered to my mailbox. Do not order from this company as they are a complete fraud.
