Hi Shaun, and thanks for your review.
We sent you a welcome to Unity Auto Finance SMS on 30/8/22 and to notify you that your due date would be on 25th of the month and to let us know if you needed to change your due date. You replied requesting to cancel the agreement as you wished to cancel your vehicle order, due to the dealer not cooperating with you.
We subsequently made contact with you and agreed that you should speak to the dealer to resolve the issue so they could potentially unwind the deal however the request could only come from the dealer directly. Later on 30/08/22 we received a request from the dealer to unwind the finance, and we anticipate that the agreement will be closed in due course once the dealer has returned the funds to us.
We are surprised and disappointed as we feel that your comments do not accurately reflect your conversations or service with Unity Auto Finance.
