Universal Locksmiths Sheffield Reviews

This guy is great read all reviews and they were right. Nothing was to much trouble. Will recommend if could give more stars i would.

Very good service again. Prompt response just after Christmas and excellent work.
Tidy neat work and competitive price.

Fantastic service throughout - Mark is very knowledgeable and provided great customer service. Highly recommended.

Prompt response. He clearly explained what was required for the repair. And it was a fair price

I called universal locksmiths as my front door lock was playing up. I used them as keen to support local businesses. I got a prompt visit the same day and decided to upgrade my locks whilst the locksmith was there. The new locks are like getting into a new car for the first time and offer a better level of security. Great friendly service overall and pricing is transparent and reasonable. Will use again.

Five stars probably not enough!
Mark came out the same day as our call for help. He spent a lot of time and resolved a very awkward and difficult lock problem at our home. He worked diligently and carefully and was respectful of our property at all times. He explained what he was doing all the way through the process and left the work area clean and tidy on completion. Overall he did an excellent job and at a very acceptable price.
Thanks Mark

Came that day, respectful of the property, professional job at a very reasonable cost.

Mark replaced front and rear door locks. Prompt and tidy and explained exactly what was needed. Veryy pleased with the service provided.

Mark let me know when he would arrive, explained what was needed and completed the job quickly and efficiently. We are very pleased with our new locks and grateful for the prompt service when we were in dire need.

Mark was extremely helpful and did a first rate job at a very fair price and what’s more he turned up at exactly the time and place as arranged - which is a very rare achievement these days.I’d recommend him to anyone.

This is the second time that I have used Universal Locksmiths, and both times they have been prompt in arriving and provided a thoroughly professional service.
On this latest occasion Mark came out to look at the front door that needed a lock, advise on a suitable replacement and make take the necessary measurement. He then returned at the promised time to fit the lock, which is now working perfectly.
I can thoroughly recommend this business for providing a friendly, fast and, most importantly, effective service.

Really great job and quick to turn up. Would recommend

Very quick response- came within an hour of my call for a non urgent job.
Fitted a new lock and tidied up very efficiently. Reasonable price for this.

Recently had my locks changed. Reasonable price, convenient payment method. Quality work done in good time and cleaned up after finishing. Would certainly recommend.
