We teach members how to trade options and futures. We trade live with our members and this we now keep our live trading room open all day! Every single trade I take as the head trader is seen and copied by our members in real time. Last month my group made $2340 PER contract. So, ten contracts which require only $5k in capital earned our members $23,400 We also have Joe Parsons who leads our Spread trade group. He rarely has losing days. Joe guides our members through each trade every day. Last month Joe made $1890 PER CONTRACT. Last month our members trading ten contracts with Joe earned $18,900. We also have built successful Auto Trading strategy for Ninja Trader. The top strat is Flight Station which is also a propriatary indicator on Tradingview. Flight Station can change your trading game especially with live and real time guidance from me. Please take and hateful reviews with a grain of salt. We have 80% 5 star reviews and 20% haters that likely lost money with us by not following our very specific trading guidelines. The best way to know the truth is to join me in our live trade room. We will give a free no obligation pass to attend our trading room. This is where the truth can be found. Hope to see you there!

Great teaching platform. Course has enormous value, and guidance is easy to follow.

University of Options Review:
I have been a part of University of Options for 3 years. I have found that Dan and every member of his team have been willing to help me with any questions I may have. The only issue that I have had was me and my mindset. I had to determine what type of trader that I wanted to be and take it slow as there are several opportunities with the University of Options program. In using the system taught and doing the backtesting of trades as recommended I have found it to work very well. In following the various programs that are offered I know that the wins with the spread trades, swing trades, options, and futures are all real as I see the wins posted by members and their comments. I know that Dan continually works to improve his system as he truly cares about people winning. I would recommend his system to anyone who is willing to do the work and really work on their mindset as that has been the key for me.
The service did not work for me at this time, but Dan was fair. He honored my request for cancellation and a refund. I hope for the best at UOO.
I signed up for UOO in early June 2024 with a cost of $4,000 as a new trader I discovered the learning curve with this program was steeper than I originally thought. I was familiar with Dan after following him for 10+ yrs in the mortgage industry, he always came across as honest and straightforward. Shortly after signing up with UOO I was approached to joining their replicator program for the cost of another $4,000. The replicator program was pitched by Dan and it would allegedly copy Dan's trades and required no knowledge from the user. Dan showed charts with his amazing Win rate vs. losses. Dan made it sound like it was a very low if any risk. Shortly after joining the program proved to have significant shortfalls and Dan's amazing trade record proves to be much less successful than what he had been saying. Dan attributed his low "win" rate to the pressure of so many people depending on his trades. After a few months of losses and software glitches Dan was bringing in a Wall Street rader with an amazing track record and actually showed this investor making 5 digits winning trades on a daily basis with very few losses. Should have known better when the trades name was not fully disclosed, the trader now incharge started going under different names jis primary name was Jon (no last name) to protect his identity. The losses became even greater under Jon. There was no communication other then the very rate we are working on th esystem and it's going to "amazing". Suddenly Jon disappeared and the trades were being done by Dan or someone in UOO. A short later Dan has a "telegram" meeting with members and said that Jon turned out to be an alleged con-man who was trying to steal his technology and allegedly took some of Dan's money. New traders were introduced, Keith and George. The software kept getting improved and finally appeared to be market ready about 9 months after it was first declared market ready. Keith and George had what appeared to be a good trading record and after testing the improved software Dan , Keith and George held a conference call and declared all issues solved. Dan even went to the extent of recommending a couple of trade duplicators to increase the size of each trade . Shortly after that call the trades once again started experiencing significantly more losses than gains. The Gains would be minimal and the losses would be major losses. It appears the George was no longer in the picture, yet there was no announcement that th e"successful " trading team had disolved and now Keith was the sole Trader. To this date Keith's trading success is by far overshadowed by his losses. The days the Keith has a win the wins are minimal and the other days the losses ate sometimes up to 10X the days he experiences a win.
the communication is extremely lacking. Dan is a great salesman and probably thinks that he has done everything up and up.
In 2024 I lost #16,000 in actual trade losses and also paid $8,000 for the opportunity to lose the money. In 2025 I have already lost over $5,000. I keep believing the "snake oil" pitch that the program can be a supplement to income. I am aware that investing involves a risk of loss, I just believe that the program was way over promised, the traders were not and are not the quality of traders that Dan represented. Now Dan has a new solution an AI driven trader, apparently Dan is conceding that the current trader Keith is not capable and is now opting for an AI solution.
Yet with all these issues and members continually losing money, they still are advertising and trying to bring in more unsuspecting members. Hopefully members will get lucky and the AI solution actually turns out to be profitable, or at least not a major loser.
My experience as a student at UOO over the past two years has truly been a journey of growth and learning. When I first began, I didn’t know the difference between a put and a call. Fortunately, Dan has served as an excellent mentor throughout this process. His comprehensive video training library provided valuable resources to help me build my foundational knowledge.
In addition to Dan’s mentorship, his team has consistently demonstrated a positive attitude and an unwavering willingness to help. They are always available and ready to lean in whenever support is needed.
Like many traders, I have experienced both the highs and lows that come with trading. The growing pains are an inevitable part of the journey, but with dedication and a lot of seat time, I found that the necessary tools for success are available at UOO.
Ultimately, as with any business venture, the results are directly related to the effort you put in. The more you dedicate yourself, the more you stand to gain from this experience.
My experience has been mostly good. The morning futures trade room with Vanessa and Keith has been great for me. I've learned how to trade futures over the last year, mostly by just listening to Vanessa, and I now I have over 10 funded prop accounts plus my cash account has grown significantly. While the replicator has not been great, Dan in my opinion, has been upfront and honest about it and they are constantly looking to improve it.
I wish there is a lower rate these guys are not serious

I've read all the complaints here and can confirm my experience was the same. Dan sold a product that wasn't ready for market and over hyped his "trading experts". There should be no question that refunds are due but instead it's apparently just crickets.
These guys can put together a good product and recover from this if they do the right thing.

Do NOT trust this organization. They have zero integrity. I'm being forced to file in small claims court to receive a refund for a product they sold that they readily admit didn't work. They don't even respond to refund requests. There's zero live human support. I'm of the belief that they take your money to fund the development of the tools they just sold you that aren't yet ready for show time.

As an experienced and profitable trader already, I thought I would add to my skill set by learning some new strategies. In particular I was interested in swing trading and credit spreads. However, after purchasing the full program both flight path and the options course, I ran into some scheduling conflicts with my family. Additionally, some of the strategies were outside my risk tolerance. However, I went ahead and completed the course material including the day trading program as well as the other trading strategies. I participated for 90 days and the refund policy states within 90 days you can request a refund as long as you have proof of trades and have completed the course work. I actually requested the refund long before I did this. Yet, I went ahead and fulfilled my obligations and did the course work and submitted the proof of trades to their refund form. I have fulfilled all of these requirements and yet the company continues to refuse to answer my phone calls and emails regarding the refund status. The company is dishonest, and while I believe Dan means well, he takes things too personally to the point of his obsession to "make things work", he doesn't stop to think that not every course is suitable for every "family situation". There are many different ways to trade and make consistent profit. I already entered the course as a profitable trader, but their style of trading does not fit my style or schedule. That is the bottom line! They should not withhold a refund from me on the basis that their system is "foolproof". This course cost me and my family $9500. That is my children's money not mine they are taking from. Dan needs to realize that not every person's situation is a perfect fit for his program and not getting this refund is hurting my children's financial future. We have a unique set of circumstances that makes it not compatible. Not even a refund for flight path has been issued, which states there are no requirements other then to request it within 90 days of onboarding which I have done. And yes I called Joel dozens of times to try and rectify the situation as well as Dan, but neither one has returned my calls for months. I am hoping someone at the company will read this review and actually give me a phone call or an email. Please send the refund UOO. We completed your program and I showed the proof of my commitment to the program by doing the work and taking it serious. The issue is not mindset, it is compatibility.

If I could give it fewer than 1 star, I would. I have been with UOO for almost a year. For a year, UOO has made a big push for a program they call Flight Path. The idea is their trader places a trade, and their software copies it directly into our accounts.
They promised we would be profitable very quickly. That has been very far from the truth. The reality is, they have had numerous software problems with the software not accurately replicating the trades.
What's more, their traders have been consistently losing money. For example, UOO posted their results for June, and they lost $30 trading micros by their own admission. This is before slippage and commissions. This is not an aberration. They are consistently not profitable.
They have been through multiple traders and different trading styles. If they were legitimate, you would think at least one of their multiple staffers, many of whom claim to be traders, could profitably trade it. Just recently, UOO brought in another trader but will not even disclose his identity.
Numerous members have asked for proof these people can profitably trade, but we are just ignored.
UOO begged us to give them time to sort things out and promised us refunds but have refused my refund request and the requests of others.
I could continue with negative things, but I think this is enough.
EDIT: This is in response to UOO's reply. Flight Path is still unprofitable, and UOO almost never trades it. It does not perform as they claimed. Further, ask yourself, if they are so good at trading options and futures, why can't they make money when actual money is on the line? That should give you good insight into the value of the options and futures rooms and "education."

At first, UOO and Dan Rawitch seemed like the real deal the daily live trading, the community, the coaching it all looked promising. But behind the scenes, it turned into a complete nightmare. After following their strategies and trusting the process, I ended up losing a significant amount of money. No real support when things went south, just empty promises and deflection. I was introduced to the right people through a colleague who had a similar experience. They helped me navigate everything and I was eventually able to get my funds back.
Just sharing this so others can be more cautious and can find help
Options Program – What once may have had some value is now totally useless. Constant excuses, and it’s clear Dan has no clue how to actually trade. The FX bot that was sold completely separate stopped working completely and instead of owning up to it, they quietly swept it under the rug. No refunds, no responsibility. They sold a product, it failed, and now they pretend it never existed. If you lost thousands, too bad — they’ve moved on like nothing happened.
Futures Program – The course is laughably bad and provides no actual value. The live room is pure comedy, neither of the so-called traders seem to know what they’re doing. Zero structure, no real analysis, just empty talk and all yapping the whole time, it's quite funny. Both communities are totally dead, no interaction, no help, no results. It’s pathetic.
Don't get started either on the algo bot they also have for futures... complete trash.
Replicator – This one takes the cake. They charged thousands, promised results, and even claimed refunds were available if people weren’t satisfied. Then, when it flopped and the so called trader running it clearly couldn’t trade to save his life, every refund request was denied. They just keep the money and disappear. It must be a nice payday scamming that many people at once. These are not traders, they are marketers and salesmen who don’t understand the market and rely on hype they can’t back up.
Pathetic all around. Save your money, do your research, and don’t give this guy a single dollar.

Don’t waste your money. Replicator is a joke that loses money daily. Options room is an even bigger joke with Dan as “head” trader. Oh and don’t even think of asking for a refund or writing something asking when issues will be fixed they delete all negative comments. Sorry Dan you can’t erase trust pilot. Stay far away

When I first started there was a morning trader that was very reliable and had no excuses. Then they let him go and the owner started to be the trader. EXCUSES for everything. He will say that the traders need to stay in the trades longer, but when the trade goes against you, he will say that you should have all been out of that trade. He will leave the trade open and wait and the excuse will be he can't talk and trade. He loves for the followers to post wins but does not want any losses posted. If you ever see the promotion videos it really gets you fired up about the HUGE amount of money being made. Flight tracker (auto trader) looks great in his videos. It is useless to everyone I have talked to. There is another paid program called the replicator. The sales presentations make this sound like a total game changer. We were encouraged to patiently wait almost a year to get the bugs out and heard these stories of one of the best traders ever is going to run it. Everyone was so excited and waiting and then the trader quits. They then get a trader that really tries, but he loses most days and has blown up a lot of our accounts. The community is really frustrated and left in the dark. We really don't know what is going on and many have asked for refunds that were not issued. I remember Dan (owner} telling stories about people wanting their money back and he would give it to them and say he really doesn't want their money if they don't want to be here. Now that a lot of people want their money back, he won't give it.

Where do I even start. While the futures room at first offered genuine incite to the market it has turned into a joke. Non stop talking with an "open mic" approached with 10 or more people chiming in every second. However this isn't the worst. Let's talk about the Replicator bot that was so hyped up to be "amazing". Purchased and released in August of 2024... took 6 months to get tech right and now that it is we are losing money on the daily with bad trades. Members are down thousands on sim and cash. This doesn't even begin to mention the lost fx bots that well lets just say lost even more money. Do your research
I lost a lot of money with their services (live trading, replicator, bots, etc.) and additionally they don't want to give my money back (replicator), I am still in the 3 months of warranty, but they denied my refund. Keep away of them. All of what they offer is not true, there is no win rate of +80%, in the trading room they do not place trades live in front of you and they do not call the trades even as an educational purpose (you don't see entries, stop lost and profit target), the bot they have does not win any single trade.
