When the brand first appeared on JD the quality was absolutely amazing, heavy thick hoodies. However now the quality seems cheap and thin and plasticy and the prices keep going up and up for worse quality. Very disappointing. I returned my most recent order for this reason

Horrible pockets on their sweats, they are a bare minimum retailer getting over on the public. Only buy in person at JD sports never online and id recommend only wearing inside the house so if phones, keys or wallets fallout they’ll easily be recovered.

Purchased the Black Hoodie from JD sports, its absolutely amazing, its heavy in weight, high quality, oversized fit, only if there were more colour options

My granddaughter made an order in January 2025 for £52.00.Her order did not arrive and she has been trying to get a refund but with no luck. Very disappointed.I think this is fraud and will have to be dealt with by a fraud team

Brought a hoodie from unlike humans in JD really good quality clothing I checked out some other bits from them and really impressed with quality and price !!

Ordered track pants for my son from unlike humans on February 17th!!,Still not arrived and can't track em ! Emailed the company a few times and had no response!, AVOID🤬

Once again another item ordered. And no sign of delivery or tracking or anything… sadly you email them and the company has no contact details… yet owned by Jd sports ???

My 15 year old son ordered an item and it was delivered to the wrong address. Emails asking for help have been ignored. There are no contact details for this company. Shocking/non-existent customer service.

Ordered from them 5 weeks ago , was sent a Fed ex tracking number, for 2 weeks the tracking has stated it’s at Stansted airport I have emailed unlike humans 5 times and got no response, I have emailed fed ex and been told that there is no tracking number of that sort . I just want my money back. Avoid this company at all cost.

If I could give a 0 I would! Ordered 2 tops and a jumper off this website, tracked it the whole way it said it came into my city then it was magically delivered and signed for by someone with completely different initials than me! Went back to the website and it had been deleted so I have obviously been scammed. I emailed the email that was on the website repeatedly (6 times) and have heard no response. I emailed Fed Ex as they were the shippers and they explained they could do nothing I went off at them as they are obviously working with these scammers. I have got in contact with my bank and are doing an investigation! Please no one order off the website as I am down £60, £60 isn’t a lot but it is to some people!

Like the review below this seems to be a total scam. So DON’T waste your money.
My daughter ordered a tracksuit from Unlike Humans and received the fed ex tracking number and she followed it as it arrived in the country and as it got closer to be delivered. We had people at home all day when FedEx informed us it had been delivered…..and it hadn’t. Nothing but AI nonsense response from Fed Ex and a refusal to tell me where the package had been delivered so I could pick it up from that address. Ends up Unlike Humans had given the wrong track number and what seems a random local address to enhance this scam. So as a next step I tried to contact Unlike Humans and their web site had been removed. my next step it to put this onto the media stage and see if I can get this rogue company to accept responsibility for what is, a total scam.
Furthermore I will be writing to their distributors (JD Sports for one) to ask them to cease trading with such a lousy outfit. Via this site I have also asked trustpilot to forward this review to them.

Ordered, sent incorrect tracking number and unable to contact anyone

If I could give no stars I would. My son ordered from the website using his Christmas money. Waited and waited for the parcel to arrive. was sent tracking through fed ex and the delivery confirmation was a picture of a completely different door, almost too fake looking to be real. Contacted fed ex, no parcel with the tracking number was ever put through their delivery system and therefore it has been a scam. This has happened to 2 of his friends. Can't send a message as website has been taken down and the email address I found in previous reviews isn't active anymore.
Avoid at all costs, absolutely ridiculous!!!

Absolute terrible service ordered 2 stuff for 50£ and it’s being delivered by fedex then it gets delivered to a whole different address that I gave and don’t bother emailing them they won’t reply to u!

Order wasn’t received. Tracking number I was given stated my order was delivered elsewhere. FedEx said the address I gave them was not the correct one that was given by the supplier. Email they are useless and had no reply for days. Avoid.

2 orders not received, contacted FedEx to track parcel, Unlike Humans are using different tracking numbers to those stated in emails, so orders are not traceable. Only way to contact the company is through email or online chat, both with no response.

Ordered and item not received although tracking has stated it has been delivered to a completed random address. Email support is useless. Will dispute with bank.
