I had heard good reports about your…
I had heard good reports about your collections and decided to order a number of items, Your company took payment and arranged next day delivery. A full 7 days later still no delivery to then hear you inform me that my payment had been declined and the order had been cancelled, but you had already taken the payment, so I couldn't understand that. replying to my contact took another week, before eventually you refunded my payment. ironically then you then sent me an email to rate the items i was meant to have purchased. if you had just informed at the beginning, that possibly the items may not have been in stock, and then not taken any payment, this might have allayed and anxieties about a sum of money being taken from my account whilst being informed by said party that they never had the funds.
