You cannot blame different factory sourcing when it comes to sizing. You can clearly see a size 7 bought last year, is the same as a size 6, so does it make acceptable to blame different sourcing?
She did offer returns refund which I appreciate, but to blame suppliers is not right.

I've taken a look into your account and I can see that you contacted our team on Friday 1st of September. I can also see that one of our colleagues responded to your request on Monday 4th of September.
After taking a further look into your isolated case it appears that the courier service were unable to delivery parcel, due to an incorrect postcode.
It appears that you unintentionally entered two different postcodes: one for billing and another for shipping. While the first line of the address matches, the postcodes have slight variations in the sequence of two digits, which led to DPD returning the parcel to our warehouse.
A full refund has now been processed, which can take up to 5 working days to appears in your account.

I was that happy with my last online purchase that I had to purchase again this time the same jacket but different colour and another t-shirt.
And once again absolutely no complaints the quality is the same as the last review I done. But the reason for my review this time is towards delivery.. 5 star ⭐️ delivery, I ordered Friday 9.30am for next day delivery and my goods come Saturday 10.30am what more can I say absolutely outstanding customer service I couldn’t be any happier. Please ignore negative reviews about this company I have purchased now in Tessuti , online standard delivery and online next day delivery and every purchase has been outstanding from quality of goods to point of delivery. Please do not be fooled by negative reviews as I have purchased goods in all options and can’t find any negatives whatsoever..
