I requested a cancellation when I forgot to enter the gifts address. I cancelled and reordered with a new recipient's address but you cancelled the wrong order!
even so, they were nice and responded kindly. I wish I could speak to someone however.

Cool company with a cool product but...
Cool company with a cool product. But I came back as a 2nd time customer and they wouldn't allow me to use a discount code on a second order. I had to use my other email once I finally realized that was their hold up. Kinda silly that they do that since there is a pretty easy work around, but WHY DO THAT?!?!

A Little Expensive, but Nice Quality
Expensive, but flowers are well-made and sturdy. They arrive carefully packed in tissue paper so they are fluffed and ready to use. I thought the price included a vase, but I was mistaken.

Beautiful flowers! What a perfect way to tell someone you're thinking of them. And, pretty soon, they have a bouquet.
Wonderful, easy to use website! Makes me want to send a flower to lots of people. Once their address is listed on the site, it just takes a click to order them another.

Unboxing this paper bouquet of roses was fun because they were also wrapped like a real bouquet. They are perfect for my office, they will not wilt or fade and are so bright and colorful they cheer up any space I put them in!
