Perfect gift for a first (paper) anniversary!

The product is excellent, but I had lots of trouble with the shipping -- the box was mangled terribly and the flowers were damaged.

The staff worked with me to replace them, which I appreciate, but but was time consuming and a hassle. My wife loved the replacement arrangement, though!

I order flowers from you for holidays and every time I order they come late. There is no tool with Apple Pay to designate an earlier order. I just feel burnt every time. You have such a great product but fail terribly. I had to buy other flowers for Mother’s Day and the flowers came two days later.

This small company provide high quality products and excellent personalized service. My sister-in-law is very sick and cannot have real flowers or plants. She loves her Unwilted flower bouquets and I can count on the people who run this business to provide the best in the beautiful line of handmade flowers. I recommend them unequivocally.

Great product, great customer service, honestly just a company whose product I sincerely enjoy and love being able to share with others. While fresh flowers are still super lovely, it’s also very nice to give something that can more permanently celebrate an event and be a lovely piece of decor in anyone’s home.

Was easy to buy, and then when I realized I submitted the wrong mailing address I immediately messaged about it. Checked my email the next day to see the flowers were shipped to the right place.

My flowers arrived quickly. They were packaged very carefully and were beautiful. I ordered them for my wedding and plan to put them into a shadow box. I received many compliments and people couldn’t believe they were made of paper.

This bouquet had just the right amount of pizzazz to make a very glamorous birthday girl extremely happy! It was such a plus to give her something that’s environmentally friendly, that she’ll enjoy well past her birthday, My only suggestion is that you consider selling vases, too. We coordinated purchase from another vendor, but would have preferred to send one complete package.
