This has been the worst experience ever.

I found a beautiful dress on Pinterest via Uprara and ordered it, with a promise that returns and refunds were available.

The dress came in, the fabric and color were not as pictured, I went on the site to see the return policy only to find out that I had to email customer support, explain my issue and send pictures.

I did this. After two weeks there was no response so I sent another email and they emailed me back asking me for pictures.

I email them again, sent the pictures again. And then waited two more weeks, and then emailed them again. This time I got a response asking me for pictures of the tags with the chemicals?? It was so weird. Super unprofessional, wasn’t even from the uprara customer support email.

So then I tried to go onto the website for a phone number to call and the website no longer exists.

It appears I have been scammed out of 40$. Very unhappy with this experience.

I never received an order confirmation and still don't know when and if my order will ever be delivered...

My PC from Uprara is an incredible piece of equipment. It's fast, powerful, and it looks great. The set up was simple and easy to follow, and I had no problems getting it up and running in no time. The performance has been great – even when I'm running multiple applications at once, the machine never slows down. Additionally, the customer service staff has always been incredibly helpful whenever I have had any questions or issues. All in all, my PC from Uprara has been an excellent purchase!

Total scam. Ordered 4 foot animated Grinch for Christmas parade. After weeks of waiting, I finally received a cheap 8 inch stuffed grinch doll. Phone number listed on website is disconnected. Address location is an empty office building in Fresno, CA. Beware!

Uprara.com is a SCAM! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEIR SITE!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! They claim to have"tracking" for your purchase. That's a scam. The only thing it tracks is the "purchase". Or as you'll come to find out, the record of how much they've stolen from you in the amount of what you thought you were purchasing. There is no way to track your purchase through the shipping process - even if you pay extra for faster shipping. I've inquired via their "support" email about my purchase several times and they will not respond. I gave ample time for fast shipping before i started trying to contact them. It's now been a month since my first of many inquiries as to the whereabouts of my purchase. They still have not responded to a single email.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM UPRARA.COM!!!
