Customer care with this company is excellent! I asked questions and they got right back to me. I absolutely love the vacuum and all the attachments that go with it . I still wish they would sell some of the attachments for replacement pieces. Maybe soon they will. Thank you for your awesome vacuum and great customer service!!

I had an issue with the brush attachment. I went onto the website to purchase a replacement. When I couldn't find one, I contacted customer service. Within minutes I got a response asking if I could send a picture. I did and they responded right away that they will simply mail me a new one. Very fast and helpful service!

While there was a slight hick-up in delivery, Uproot took care of it and kept me informed.

This product is amazing. My dog loves it and I had her completely trimmed in less than 15 mintues -- 3 containers of hair.. no stress, no mess, no noise. Greatest pet product ever!!!

Customer service has been excellent from my first interaction with Uproot Clean two years ago. I appreciate and unequivocally recommend this visionary and fun company.

I had a plastic piece break off a newly purchased Uproot Xtra after 2 uses; I took a picture and sent it to Uproot. Within 10 minutes on a Sunday morning, I received a reply from customer service that a replacement head was on its way to me at no charge. I love the Uproot products (I had previously enjoyed the hand held version) and love the ability to now do a whole carpet with the long brush handle. There's amazement each time I see what the Uproot gets out of a carpet I vacuum multiple times a day. So now I'm impressed not only with the product but also with the company's handling of customer issues!

One of the best customer service experiences I have had. The team got back to me super quickly, resolved my issue after asking for a few images. They're sending a replacement outside of the return window which is huge! It tells me you really stand by your product. I will be spreading the word to all my fur-parent friends.

Uproot is an awe inspiring company, with representatives that have been armed with sensitivity and the ability to satisfy customers. The Uproot is a great grooming kit for my very thick coated Golden. I bought the entire kit with all attachments. I had an issue putting it together after emptying the canister and customer service was superb! I received detailed videos explaining exactly how to reassemble unit. I’ve never had that with a company before! I highly recommend their products. I’ve purchase other items from Uproot and the quality has always been excellent!

Expensive product. Didn't get rid of smell or build up. Return actually just keep the product as the shipping cost will eat of your return since its not free. If you choose to try it buy it through Amazon usually its free returns

As others have stated my order was $200 plus over a month ago and I have still not received my order. The company keeps telling me it is delayed. This is a scam! I asked for a refund, they said they sent a refund yet they did not. Then they said they couldn't stop the shipping. How can they not stop shipping on an item they don't even have in stock. Do not order this company is not legit I'm refuting charges with my credit company.

Their product works excellently! Pulls dog hair out of carpets by the bucketful quickly and easily! And when I had a problem with one of the devices in the kit that I purchased both Ariane & Ellen were top-notch customer service reps, handling my concerns swiftly with the utmost in kindness and courtesy! 1000% recommend both the product AND the company! Way to go guys! :) Thanks a bunch!!!

Reynan provided excellent customer support and was very timely on email responses and everything for the repair was handled on the same day. In this day and age where customer service has taken a backseat, I was so pleased to have my issue taken care of so personally and quickly. Honestly, it made my day!

I purchased a wireless grooming kit and misplaced the charger cord when we moved, and they made getting a replacement so easy. Great customer service AND great products!

Although the product did not align with my needs, the company was easy to work with and very responsive.

They responded quickly to my emails and though they couldn't give me specifics on my delayed product, they were kind and friendly and offered to make up for the delay.

Trimmer stopped working after 7 trims. Change batteries with every trimming. Have a Cavapoo so not a ton of hair.
Contacting this company is very difficult. Would not recommend.
