This company has been amazing to work with. I had an issue with the trimmer not working and they sent me a new replacement as well and new attachments to fit the trimmers. I highly recommend as they 100% take care of their customers! Such a great company to work with!

Really great product! I used to dread cleaning and trimming my dogs hair and now I like doing it. It is fun and easy to use. Also there is virtually no cleanup which is the best part.

The Uproot grooming products are the best I have ever found. They are quiet and work exceptionally well. My dogs are not only unfazed by the sound, but they also relax and enjoy being groomed. My timid little cocker loves being brushed out regularly now, and my Chesapeake has been getting the best undercoat de-shedding she has ever had and doesn't want me to stop, all while not getting hair anywhere in the house.

On a Sunday afternoon, we open the box and was ready to groom our dogs… However, it seemed like a sponge filter was missing. Sent an email, and after a near immediate response, replacements are on their way at no charge. What exceptional customer service!

I bought a starter kit from Uproot Clean around 8 months ago and suddenly my trimmer stopped working (well, to be accurate; it wouldn't stop working, even when I switched it off, so I needed to manually remove the battery in order to turn it off, which was a hassle).

I inquired as to how I could buy a replacement part or repair it but they ended up just sending me a new part, free of charge! Definitely above and beyond what I expected. Thanks Glizelle!

The service is exceptional! The clippers in the kit had broken and they are sending me a replacement. I love the Uproot system.

I initially had a great experience with uproot clean -- it worked as described and made grooming so easy. The only bummer -- the clippers broke after the first use. I reached out before the 60 day return window and they offered to send me new clippers. So I said ok I'll give it one more chance. Unfortunately, those clippers broke immediately after the next groom. I only used each clipper once. Since I groom my dog every couple months, this was past the 60 days and l asked for a return citing my original email was within the 60 days.
After pulling teeth, a person named Reynan said I could return the product at my own shipping expense. Well I just got back from the post office and it was $58 to return it! Don't waste your time on this terrible product. They did not honor their website's promise to ship it back at their expense.

I ordered the Uproot Clean Xtra + Mini bundle on Amazon. The holes on the head and #1 pole didn't align properly to be screwed and wing-nutted in. I emailed their customer service. They emailed me back within the hour. I spoke with Reynan and they were so pleasant, helpful, and very quick to respond. They are shipping me replacement parts free of charge.
I cannot stress how pleasant it was to speak with Reynan. The quality of customer care and satisfaction was superb!
The products are great quality and I cannot wait to use the Xtra. The mini worked great on my couch and cat perch!

I have used the Xtra and wow! I vacuumed 2x (forward and back, then crossways forward and back) my carpet looked clean. Then I used the Xtra carpet cleaner and wow! I got enough hair out of it to fill 2 vacuum canisters. This thing is amazing! I used it every other day as we have 2 dogs (husky mix and Collie mix that SHED) and 3 medium coat cats. Each time I'm still impressed by the amount of fur it gets out.

I received the wrong order and the response to my inquiry was prompt, pleasant, and resolved! Thank you for your stellar customer service. This is our first time trying your products and despite an erroneous shipment, I am impressed.

I asked about getting a replacement buzzer and was fully prepared to buy one but y'all sent me one no charge! I was so surprised! I have a shih tzu I groom at home so my kit works HARD. It has held up phenomenally! Customer service overall has been awesome. :) I always recommend uproot when I hear someone looking for an at home grooming solution. Tbh there might be one now and I don't know it but a nail filing tool would be an awesome addition to the kit.

The vacuum itself is excellent! I wish I would have bought it sooner. Their customer service goes above and beyond, in a way that you don’t see these days. Thank you UpRoot.

Customer Support was diligent and quick to respond to my needs. I had a problem with my shipping address auto populating as my old address. I didn’t notice until after my order was placed. I immediately sent an email and they were very quick to update my address and respond to my email.

This is a follow-up review.
I wrote a review on February 12, 2025 and spelled out in detail my exasperating experience with the company. The company responded on Trustpilot, saying, basically, 'Oh! We apologize! Send us an email and we'll fix everything!' Which makes them look apologetic and upstanding. But, I DID email janine@uprootclean as instructed on March 22nd and here it has been a month and I haven't heard a thing. So much for customer service. I give them an F.

I made a mistake, and the Uproot team was awesome and professional. They went out of THEIR way to help correct MY mistake with positive results. It is amazing to find such professionalism in our technologically advanced world of online purchases. Suddenly Uproot was able to put a "personal touch" on a normally mundane experience. My package was stolen and Reynan with customer service went above and beyond to correct the situation. He was extremely fast in responding to me and had my package replaced and shipped out to me almost within the same minutes that I voiced my concern. I am extremely pleased with my experience.
