Great customer service
Amazing response when I asked about my mushroom kit as it wasn't doing what it should be. It may have been user error but they sent me a new kit to try again. Amazing customer service and speedy response will definitely buy from them again I can highly recommend 👍

Excellent service
Quick delivery, I wasn’t in and the spawn became active before it could be redelivered. Urban Farm-it very graciously replaced it even though it wasn’t their fault. Very grateful as we have an order coming up soon. Excellent quality as well, very vigorous spawn - 5 stars well deserved! 👍

king oyster and wine cap …
My king oyster and wine cap grain spawn arrived very quickly and in brilliant condition. I made up a couple of beds and have had the most wonderful success. The king oysters have been fruiting and fruiting. The wine caps are showing very heathy mycelium so looking forward to them soon. Such an exciting success. Highly recommended and will definitely purchase from them again. I bought the grain spawn in April.

Some clearer information on the box.
I wish, for a start, that you had printed on the box, words to the effect of "Don't throw away, after removing contents. This is part of the kit." I bought a pink oyster kit, months ago, and ( after removing the contents, and disposing of the box) put it aside, as I've been unwell for quite some time. Today, I intended to start growing the mushrooms, but noticed the information that advised starting the process within three days. It's disheartening to think that I have wasted over £18. Any advice?

Thanks for your review and feedback, it is of great importance to us.
It sounds as if you purchased one of our 'ready to grow' kits which comes with the living spawn- these kits should arrive with a
"Living spawn inside, please read storage instructions"
sticker on the front of the box, the details of which are elaborated on the instructions (required storage temperature and use by). The cardboard box is also included on the kit contents list on the instruction sheet, stating it's use and not to discard of it.
Although the original bag of spawn from your kit may be expired, the rest of the contents can still be used, we would hate it to go to waste and would love to get you growing! Great response time
I had trouble claiming my spawn through the website with technical trouble on my end. I emailed and explained my situation and they responded in less than a day and shipped me out new spawn. Really friendly and helpful
