Easy to order, good product, happy with service

The bag split so hot water poured out before I realised and cellotaped it up nothing much has happened after 13days so have sprayed through holes and in bag. I do not wish to send a photograph.

Birthday present from my darling wife. Kit prepared and looking forward to tasty mushrooms 😀 be careful as my bag leaked and all sorted now 👍

I was bought a box as a gift and after following the clear instructions I am now about to harvest my fist crop of pink oyster mushrooms. All worked perfectly.

I bought a gift - which arrived promptly and was wonderful but also confusing as the order didn't allow the leaving of a message etc, so when it arrived, there was confusion as to why it had been received!

Would be great if you could add a message - as a proper gift, and have it look like a gift too.

I ordered the seminar to go with the gift, but haven't received an email with the details and I had to let the person who I had bought the gift for know to keep that evening free - as there was nothing in the package that suggested the seminar!

Either substrate or spawn were contaminated. Substrate grew Wet Spot (bacillus). Substrate was sterilised as advised and spawn added under aseptic conditions. Imagine the substrate was contaminated with bacillus toxins which weren't destroyed through sterilisation.

Delivered quickly, easy to follow guides and very friendly staff if you ever need to contact them!

All going well so far. But all wrapped up and hopefully the magic is happening 😁

Great, i got a flush of mushrooms and when it got mouldy i emailed them and they sent me a replacement no questions asked!

The Osyster grain spawn was perfect.
Arrived far quicker than I expected.
Successful crop of tasty mushrooms.
Will be ordering lots more.

Bought two items for a gift. Items came when expected and very well packaged. The fact that you can send for fresh spores when you’re ready for them is an excellent idea especially when purchasing as a gift. Would definitely buy again.

I received a kit many months ago as a birthday present and for various reasons was unable to grow until recently. I tried to order my spore but the voucher wasn`t accepted. I contacted Urban Farm and received an immediate response and confirmation that it would be sent immediately. No quibble, extremely courteous and great customer service and relations. A rarity and much appreciated.
