I had an urban massage done by Kyziah and she was absolutely amazing. She is really well experienced, extremely gentle yet able to use her skills to ensure you get the best out of the massage. I kept complimenting how soft her hands were! I’m more than happy with my service and thanks to my sis for gifting me this as a voucher, I would defo recommend and use urban again.

Excellent . Jithin was excellent . I was struggling to operate Saturday , unable to walk and in constant pain from sciatic glute pain . Sunday morning I booked him and he put me through a series of stretches and light massage …. On a personal level I never knew nerve issues could be so painful ! But u go through it to come out the other side . He was very professional and could measure my pain with the stretching .

The young lady was very professional

David arrived punctually, set up, and after asking a history, went on to treat my bad back, which I had injured a few days before. He was gentle and caring. He warned me I would be tired that evening, which I thought would not happen- he was right! I was asleep at 8:30 and had my first good nights rest in days. I woke up and my back felt so much better. The following day it was 200%

Great massuer with excellent skills

The massage was really good but I asked for a relaxation one. The lady pressed all the knots out from my back. Two days later I had really bad back and leg pain. My sciatica got triggered and I am in a lot of pain.

Confirmed and booked the night before and then the therapist was a no show and there was no explanation or warning or offer of replacement.

So far I have had two massages from massage therapists through Urban. My sister in law bought me a £100 voucher. One was in London where I live, and I booked the other in Birmingham when I was there visiting my mum. Both times I’ve been very impressed with the practitioner. They have both arrived on time, set up quickly and given me exactly the treatment I was hoping for. Great knowledge and technique. I will definitely continue using the app in future.

I paid for a Thai Oil Massage and paid in addition for 3 12 minutes of Neck, Feet and Scalp. Didn't feel received value for money for the 3 additions. However, the 60 minute massage was very good.

I’m 5 months pregnant and still fairly active, so I was a bit particular about who I booked. Georgiana put me at ease straight away and quickly picked up on where I hold most of my stress.
She adjusted the pressure and tempo throughout without me needing to say much, and really focused on the areas that needed attention. I left feeling properly relaxed and looked after — exactly what I needed.

My therapist was very professional and friendly. She asked my preference for the session, also provided advice for other treatments. I would be very happy to book another session and highly recommend her.
