The photographer you sent was prompt and very detailed. The cleaner did not come as planned so he had to present property photos and work around the cleaning that was not done. I thought to photos were excellent as did my colleagues who I shared the listing with. I like the quick turn-around time as we shot on Thursday afternoon and I had the photos to publish for Friday morning, in time to get the Open House schedule for the weekend.

I'm a long time Realtor with several photographer contacts. However, unfortunately, I responded to one of Urban Capitol's marketing promotions. I met the first photographer at the property. He was nice. But, I immediately got nervous when I saw the equipment and techniques he was using. He seemed unsure of himself. 2 or 3 days later (considered a slow turnaround time) I received the worst photos I have seen in my 23 year career. It wasn't only that the len had had a smudge on it that caused all the photos to be partially blurry. The angles and lighting were also all wrong. When I asked for a refund (thinking of going elsewhere). The owner offered to retake the photos himself and promised a 50% discount/refund. I got the new set of photos 5 days later (again, a slow turnaround, especially knowing that circumstances). The new photos were only slightly better, as far as angles, lighting. Not only was the customer service lacking in empathy, softness and consideration, but the they ended up only adding a $100 credit in the account toward future bookings instead of following through with the promised 50% discount. We have no plans on ordering photos from them again. Too unprofessional with low quality work/skillset. My advice: go elsewhere.
