The pictures were great. I didn't know that occupied properties have priority over one's that are vacant. Despite having a scheduled appointment. I will keep this in mind the next time. The staff was quick to remedy the issue.

The photographer was not late and he took more than enough great photos.

The company has no consistency. I didn't know if anyone showed up on the date. 2 days later i hadto ask for the products. I still have not seen all, just the pics

The photographer arrived on time, and went straight to work. She was professional and had enough patience to wait for me to make little 'fixes' in the rooms. And most of all, the pix were fabulous - the sellers and I were amazed at how the pictures showcased the rooms. Excellent job. I plan to refer and use again.

photographer was nearly an hour late and i was only discounted "5%" of the total cost for that inconvenience . The photos turned out pretty well but the photographer also forgot to shoot one of the bedrooms .

Photos were delivered as promised with no issues. Customer Service was awesome as well.
I just wish the watermarks were not across the entire picture but rather in the bottom corner as to not give the appearance that I haven't paid for them.

Super easy to schedule and even on short notice. Pictures look amazing. My sellers are thrilled.

Matterport posting without permission is an issue. I appreciate the company rectifying this in a timely manner, yet the client still hasn't been called.
