Great pics, horrible communication
The pictures were very nice, however, the communication was not so good. I scheduled an appointment for 1:00 and received an email were my appointment was changed to 11:00.
I added virtual staging to my order and received an email stating that it would be a 5-12 hour turnaround time. Days went by and I never received a follow up email with the photos. When I called, I was told that the photos had been added to the original link. I never received any communication to let me know that the photos were ready and had been added to the previous link. I only received the photos after I called to inquire. I was given a partial refund for the mishap but I ready had preferred to have the photos timely to present my listing.

I’ve hired Urban Capitol twice…
I’ve hired Urban Capitol twice - both times for rental listings.
The first time the photographer showed up 45 minutes early and the second time the photographer showed up 30 minutes late.
The photos are OK. Maybe a little better than I can do with my phone camera.
The photographers need better training on attractive angles and the editors could work on getting the lighting adjusted properly.
Over all, the people that I dealt with were polite.

I always ordered from Urban Capital…
I always ordered from Urban Capital Photography and feel good, but recently I have issues with late delivery of the dusk photos which makes me a little upset, I will try a couple of more times before I transfer to another company, cause usually when I used to use one, I don’t like to change it.
