Worst experience ever with urban ladder interiors team, poor quality of installation, unskilled team members and the delivery omg it will never be done as there will be no day when all issues get resolved.
The guys are well trained to ghost customers and don't even reply when you ask them can't expect they will inform.
Never ever go with these guys

We recently got a new bed from Urban Ladder. After the bed was installed, we noticed a huge crack in the bed frame, and we notified the Urban ladder team immediately. But they have refused to take responsibility for it and said that nothing can be done from their end. Pathetic and substandard behavior from customer support. Please don't buy anything from Urban Ladder since customer satisfaction is their least priority. Wonder how long would they be able to do business like this!!!!!!!!!!!

Pathetic service. Mentioned installation would be provided on check out page. After I bought the shoe rack and sought installation, said it’s a DIY product. It’s not. Even after screwing tightly, the hinges are loose, the product keeps swaying, it’s not sturdy, how do I use it?

We have purchase New Mattresses from Urban ladder they deliver defective unit and after that real story start no one from call center or their company side taking any ownership to replace with new unit. every one just talking about their process and their system and vendor problem but no one saying by when i will receive fresh product , it is already 11days passed since 100% of advance payment

They will deliver a defective product and then will deny you return and refund. Just money making scheme. Please don't buy.

I am from an interior design company and recently ordered two maroon chairs. The quality and finish are very poor. The stitches are visible on the outside, with white thread showing on the maroon fabric. The piping finish is also substandard. Overall, the quality is extremely disappointing and not worth the money.

On the Urban Ladder website, it is clearly mentioned that there is a 7-day return policy for damaged or defective products. I raised a complaint and sent photos of the product, but now the Urban Ladder customer support executive is refusing to process the return. This has been one of my worst experiences with Urban Ladder.

The product is now lying in our warehouse. This will be our last order on the Urban Ladder platform, and we will not be ordering from them again.

order No: T991966252. Delivery was for 16th march. late in the evening got message that its postponed to 17th. we did reschedule to 18th and sent email too. still delivery boy calls and says he will leave pacakge at the door step and would leave. this is disasterous service

We had an high opinion on Urban ladder till we used their product. Their Venturi office chair has started to die just in 2 years. While our local chair which costed a fraction lasted 5 years. We are also using another chair similarly priced chair from GreenSoul and it's far better.
Our experience with Urban ladder mattress quality also had not been great.

Urban ladder interior services are fake they do not have designers took our 25k as booking amount not even provide a single interior design and not replying on call and not replying on mails n msgs. We waisted our 25k.

I had ordered a Petlin Solid Wood Coffee Table with 2 Seating Stools (Honey Finish)- ORder ID 510349 on 29 Nov. 2024. The Foot of the Stools came off. I tried calling their customer care for registering my claim under warranty, recorded message kept playing endlessly telling me to wait and finally said I should raise a ticket on the website or their app. When I try doing the same and enter all my details for creating a
raising ticket the app crashes. The website displays a page that the site is temporarily unavailable. Totally Fraud company out their to loot the customer.

Very happy with the sofa I purchased recently. The product quality, design, and service are top-notch.

Disgraceful company, very bad experience, I'm suggesting to anyone who want to buy home furniture don't buy from there, very bad customer service, i bought a dining table, the delivery time was during 2-3 working days, after first week they told me that there is a quality problem with the table, after two weeks they told me that there is another quality problem with the second table! And i need to wait more!.
Save your time and money!.
Do yourself a favor and go to another shop.

Absolute painful service from UL. Placed an bulk order for 1,78,000 of furniture for my house in BITS Pilani - moved from IIT D and Abu Dhabi to Bits Goa as senior professor Emeritus. The order was placed on 4 September, payment made and I was assured that all the supplies will be made between 10-14 September. Till not the delivery is not completed, installation pending and no once taking responsibility. One of the nightmarish experience for a old couple like me and my wife trying to relocate.

🚨 Extremely Disappointed with @urbanladder 🚨

I’m really sad to share my experience with Urban Ladder. I purchased a 3-seater sofa under order number T410571585, and after just four months, the quality has completely deteriorated. 😞 The sofa has sagged, and the back cushion is already distorted. This is NOT the quality I expected after seeing the product in their experience center.

To make matters worse, their customer support team refuses to acknowledge the issue, despite the product still being under warranty! 💔 How can a company ignore such obvious defects?

If this isn't resolved soon, I’m left with no choice but to return the sofa and take this issue public. I believe customers deserve better, and it's important to raise awareness when a brand fails to meet its promises.

Placed an order for a King bed on 6th Aug. When they came to deliver on 9th Aug, they sent half the parts for King Bed and half for a Queen size bed. Till date, I have not received my bed nor have I received a proper response. Keep up the good work Urban Ladder and Reliance Group. Leading from the front.......?

Pathetic place to buy furniture from. They withhold info on furniture features. All.of their product is wood only on top or where your eyes can see. Back of all the cupboard is thin particle wood which a child can break. All their has cheap metal frame which they don't mention..customer care are local supermarket people who doesn't know how to talk

Urban ladder ? They have no ladder to climb on. They don’t hold their sellers accountable for anything.
Delivered a sofa after multiple follow ups, and now waiting for installation.
Urban ladder customer service has no idea what’s going on. They commit for a date and then say it’s upto the seller. Seller doesn’t call for installation and now no one is picking up the call.
I am not sure what should be done next. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

We ordered various products worth 70K with them in the recent sale and I have come to the mindset that I should never buy from them again. I am so frustrated with them that I took time out of my busy monday to write reviews about them so that others won't get fooled by them like I did.

The delivery timeline is atrocious. We ordered our products around the end of May, it's July, and we still haven't received everything. Urban Ladder showroom guys are now saying that the product got caught with by customs and it will be August for me to get my product. The customer care confirmed the same.

Want to hear a better experience I had from Urban Ladder? The customer service guy started his call with me by saying "Sir, I got fired today, I'm not in the mood to speak". After I get pissed off and shouted at him, he said, "Sorry sir, I wasn't speaking to you, please tell your query". Like what the hell?

To top it all off, the sofa which we bought, not even 1 month old, broke down today when my friend sat on it. It wasn't mishandled or anything, he will barely by 80Kgs, he sat down the left leg at the back of the sofa broke. I'm done with this company.

Furniture is decent, but their installation process and customer service is trash.

I needed to reschedule the allotted time for installation. Over a two week period my installation kept getting moved one day ahead at a time. No one from the install team called me.

Every time you call UL they say they will speak to the installation team but they don't. Their customer service is absolute trash and the teams they use to install are super unprofessional.

Never ordering from them again. Thank you!!

I ordered via urbanladder.com the Aversa Stone 6 Seater Dining Table with a marble top, which, based on the photo on the website, should have been almost white with small spots.
In reality, I received an almost blue marble top, which absolutely did not correspond to the information on the website.
In accordance with the platform return policy clause 2.2. I applied for a refund, but was refused. I was informed that in their opinion there are no differences in the product and the photo on the site
