Delivery was very disappointing. The promised delivery date was not met, and the order has been delayed without a clear explanation. Customer service has been unable to provide a definite delivery timeline, which adds to the frustration. Additionally, management has not responded to emails, making it difficult to get any accountability or resolution. Overall, the experience has been unreliable and poorly managed.

I ordered from their store, and they told me that I will get the items in 2 weeks time. But after the order, they just stopped responding, not sharing an exact date for the order delivery. When I complained, they assigned a ticket number, but have not resolved and keep repeating the same "we will get back" reply.
This is the worst place to buy furniture, even when compared to other online portals for furniture shopping.

WoodenStreet return policy is unacceptable. If you ordered somwthing that you do not need won‘t be taken back even if it is untouched. That is very bad customer service. Leaving us to the conculusion not to order ar this company anymore.

Absolutely horrible customer service, bad quality of product and they do not keep any promises. DO NOT ORDER, you will be disappointed!!!

Really bad costumer service asking extra 6k for delivery when web site say free delivery and not pickup call or replying to mails and message. Really bad experience. I never had this bad experience with any company till date. Fraud Company. I will file a police complaint for fraudulent activity.

I am extremely disappointed with Wooden Street. I purchased an Everett Right Aligned Convertible SofaBed, which was delivered with clear structural and quality defects.

From day one, the issues were obvious:
• The sofa is misaligned
• There is a visible gap where the back meets the base, exposing the wooden frame
• The pull-out bed section has uneven gaps
• The middle portion is poorly cushioned, making it uncomfortable and unfit for use

These issues were acknowledged at delivery. The delivery team recorded videos and promised a fix within 36 hours — which never happened.

A technician later visited (sent by Wooden Street) and confirmed that the product is defective. He took videos and said he would escalate internally. Since then, there has been complete silence.

Instead of resolving the issue, Wooden Street sent an email claiming the product meets their “standard quality” and declared the matter closed — without fixing anything. This is misleading and unacceptable.

Even more concerning, the technician himself complained about Wooden Street’s internal policies and how difficult it is for employees and customers to get genuine issues resolved.

This has been a frustrating and exhausting experience. Poor product quality, broken commitments, and zero accountability. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from Wooden Street, especially if you expect decent after-sales support.

I am from Hyderabad,The Quality seems to be ok but very bad at Delivery, They say that Production is not on par woth demand and masters in delivering at their ease ..You pay money upfront and they take 45 days for delivery but will be promised in 15 days and then your fight begins in following where ypu would be receiving in bits and pieces.Very very unfriendly policies and impossible of customer retentionship.

They promised delivery within 4 days but never did. I tried calling the local guy as well as a guy from HO who do not respond to messages or pick up the phone. With a great difficulty spoke to a person who says it is ready in Jodhpur and will take 8 days to reach Bangalore and then to my home. I aske for cancellation but they refuse. AVOID

They are experts in making fools of customers. I ordered a study table on April 27th, was supposed to be delivered by May 5th. Okay, can do with that. First, except taking your money, they will never send a message or update, ever. On checking on may 5th on their website, my order is at the local warehouse since May 3rd. Okay, so far so good. No product all day, and the next day and the next. So I resort to reaching out to customer care and they are rained to be parrots. I feel for them. Also, it is extremely difficult to cancel an order, if even possible. I don't want to go to court for a relatively small order, so making others aware. Stay away from this company, folks, just get down to your local store.

I recently bought Wall partition; installation equipment was totally missing and had a hard time installing product.
Also, on the website it's honey finish wood color but I received dark yellow color product looking awkward- all my 20K money got wasted- This is bad, please don't buy here.

Placed order for an item its been over a month have not yet received my order. No response from customer service, regarding the order or cancellation. Stay away from buying from this company it's a scam.

Order ID 857598 - placed order for Lorraine Dress Table Rs.15899. The product arrived with a defective part. The carpenter who came to install it raised an issue and left. 4 weeks since, the uninstalled table parts are lying around. Having paid for the product, we have to bear the brunt of poor quality. That one piece is now being remanufactured and will be shipped after which the carpenter has to come to install. Very unpleasant.

Defective product with acute termite infestation vide order id 868852 has bern delivered. No resolution is being provided even they are saying that no carpenter is available to check the defective product. Extremely bad experience. Instead of acknowledging that they have provided a defective product and replacing it, they are doing all within their purview to deny the right of a consumer who has reposed faith in them by purchasing their product. Store Sales person tell false information about the product, especially on products that is not kept on display they gave commitment for 20 days delivery and ended up delivering around 40 days. and the wooden cot came defective, this after claiming they have QA and that's why the delay, their customer support is one of the worst thing , they donor commit on anything they say. i strictly warn you from purchasing here unless you want to sleep on floor for 1 month

Scam, sell inferior termite infested wooden articles. They expect people to report termite infestation in 72 hours something that can only be detected months and weeks later.

Their customer service is also rude and abusive.

Be cautious when buying products from WoodenStreet. They delivered a damaged product and claimed it would take a month to provide the replacement part. When I requested a refund, they promised to process it within 6 days, or they would refund my money. However, they haven’t responded to my emails, and when I called customer care, they told me that they won’t refund my money under any circumstances. Think twice before purchasing from WoodenStreet!

I paid about 1.12 lakh inr for a bed, sofa and 2 chairs. I received a defective bed, I informed store, they said a carpenter will come and take a look to fix it. There was no sign of carpenter and escaping my call. Iam planning to return the items.

If you are buying from wooden street directly, Don’t. They will send you defective products and late as well. Then they will ask you if you want the defective part to be remanufactured and then that comes late and then the person who will be installing the product will come late and without informing you. If you are not available at that moment, too bad, now you have to pay extra for installation or wait for the 3rd party installation.
I bought a simple chest of drawers on 3rd December and it is 28th today. They sent me broken parts and now have finally started to remanufacture the parts. I raised a ticket with them on the 19th for the broken piece with photos. That is their speed.
I have mailed them 30+ times and called then 6 times. Never received a call back.
They are not the kind of people who delivers for your money.
Btw no refund for any situation. OBVIOUSLY.
