My Lhasa Apso has quite a few items from UrbanPup, always great quality, the sizing is brilliant for her and everything washes really well. Their delivery service is second to none. last item I bought was a coat, ordered in the afternoon and it came in the post first thing in the morning. Would definitely recommend.

Very pleased with my purchases from Urban Pup, most difficult thing was measuring puppy !! However the harness we got was a perfect fit. Delivery was very quick and I loved the fact I was able to send it to my granddaughter’s address as a gift for her puppy. She was very excited to receive a parcel!

Everything I buy from Urban Pup is of the highest quality I have had a number of items off them and they wash great, fit great and look fabulous.
The only problem is what to buy next.
It would be great if you could include a couple of business cards with each purchase because we always get the comment " oh where did you buy that it's fabulous" when we are out walking.

Great dog harness to fit my pug which are hard to find. I buy the XL as she’s got no neck and quite a fur scarf. They fit her beautifully. Got 5 or 6 now in different patterns. All lovely. Had one over 9years and it got washed all the time and only just started to Frey here and there. Great quality.

Purchased from here after reading the reviews on trustpilot and what a silly decision to make. The item was too small so requested a returns label which took an age to come through. Sent the item back recorded delivery for an exchange and have heard nothing since. It’s been 2 months now, I’ve emailed multiple times, sent proof of postage attached to said emails and have received nothing back. I’ve contacted them on the number provided on here and on their website and get through to a rude lady who seems disinterested and can never put you through to speak to anyone instead just sounds like a broken record and requests we email and the cycle continues with no resolution. If they do not respond in the next 7 days I will be reporting it to my bank as a fraudulent transaction and will never purchase from here again.
