Good quality football top for my dogs birthday in fact it was fantastic and arrived quickly

I found the site very easy to use, clear instructions on how to measure my dog and a handy size guide showing sizes for different breeds. My dog is a shitzsu and he's nearly 3 and his size is large based on the guide, when I measured him it was correct. He looks so cute in his top, I have told all my dog walker friends about urban pup and they are going to do the same.

It would be minus 10 star if that was possible. I placed an order on 9 July and I have still not received it. I emailed, called and sent FB messages numerous times, no one replied to me. I made another order on the same day with another UK supplier, and it arrived two weeks later. This was my second order with Urbanpup and the first one arrived. So they clearly had the correct address.

I emailed to request a refund. No reply. There is zero customer service when things go wrong. They have shirked all responsibilities. A disgraceful company.

Outstanding service. Was unsure of sizing and had to return order and re-order larger sizes. I was kept informed at every stage, with helpful advice. Delivery was much quicker than expected. Product ordered is great quality and value for money. Highly recommend!

Ordered wrong size, Urban pup could not give a refund per t&c’s as item was personalised but gave me a 50% discount code to order correct size, great service as this was my error.

I purchased a coat and matching lead but by mistake I ordered the wrong lead. I spoke with Gary in the storeroom who once again was exceptional. He rectified my mistake and sent me the perfect matching coat and lead. Gary is so customer focused and an asset to the Urban pup team. He's a pleasure to deal with, so easy to talk to and extremely efficient. Signed by one happy customer.🥰

Fantastic service and quality of product is great

I have received an appalling service from urban pup. I ordered my goods on the 7 th june. I have yet to receive my goods. I have e mailed and rung numerous time to find out the whereabouts of my order with no response. I was just told we are an online company but yet no response to e mails. The whole process has been stressful. I am in the process of obtaining my refund through pay pal as urban pup have offered me no explanation whatsoever. £47 is a lot of money to lose and to receive nothing.

Really pleased with the scarves I bought from Urban Pup. They appear to be good quality and the sizing was accurate. Delivery was super quick and the parcel was packaged well.

My Dog jacket was far too small and not a size for a medium dog as I ordered.
I still have not been reimbursed or received a larger jacket after returning the jacket.
