I purchased the 12 inch Rangers coat for my Shih Tzu
and whilst the quality is excellent it is too tight,as I had it personalized its not any good for anyone else,if I order in future I would need to order 2 sizes bigger, so I be wary if I order again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered 4 items costing £75 from urban pup in August. As the items were too small for my puppy I used their 2nd class freepost royal mail service to send the items back and get a refund. According to them I was told that they never received my returned items. As they used a free post service the company urbanpup would have to put in a claim with royal mail for the missing package. I wish I could say that it was plain sailing and I have now received a refund. That is far from the case. From the very first email I sent them enquiring if my returned items had been received their response was very dismissive. I had to keep sending them emails enquiring if my package had been recieved for a month. As I have never returned a package using a royal mail free post service I had to contact royal mail on several occasions to find out what the lost items claims procedure was Urban pup were very unhelpful and did not know that in order to make a lost items claim they would have to do it on behalf of customers as the royal mail free post is a service urban pup pay for. Once I gave then this information which I dont think it is the responsibility of the customer to do so, they asked for my proof of postage and have not returned a single email of my emails enquiring what the progress of my lost item claim is. I work hard for my money and £75 is alot of money especially now. I really like suporting local businesses which is why I chose to buy from urban pup. However I have never received such bad customer service and will never be purchasing from them again. I wanted to let other people know that this is my experience using their company as I wish there was more visible reviews of them before choosing to purchase from them.

The tops are gorgeous, I ordered the largest size and will need to make a slight adjustment with elastic for a better fit
