Best move I made moving to urfibre. Internet speeds are way faster and cheaper than my BT package. Installation was done professionally, very tidy and efficient. Couldn't be happier with urfibre.

I’ve been with this broadband provider for over 18 months and it’s been nothing but frustration. While the speeds are fine when the connection actually works, the constant dropouts have made it unreliable for everyday use.

Working from home is a nightmare, and my kids regularly struggle with online studying because the connection keeps cutting out. It’s simply not good enough in this day and age.

I’ve contacted customer service more times than I can count — calls, emails, even a formal complaint — and nothing has been resolved. The front-line support is polite enough, but the technical support and follow-up are absolutely terrible. No accountability, no proper fixes, and no communication.

At this point, I’m just counting down the days until my contract ends so I can leave. I wouldn’t recommend this provider to anyone — save your money and go elsewhere.

Fast, reliable internet connection. A couple of problems resolved quickly including a bird pecking through the cable but can hardly blame Urfibre for that 😀

I have just changed my broadband provider from Sky to UrFibre. With over 10% saving on my monthly bill, I’m now getting 7-8 times increase in the broadband speeds, win – win.
The services provided by UrFibre was excellent from the initial contact to discuss varies options of broadband speeds and prices with Vicki, to the pre-installation site visit to ensure that they can get the full-fibre to my house by Mandeep & his team and the final installation which took less than 2 hours by Jass & his team.
One minor comment is that the company is currently not set up to undertake the One Touch Switch and therefore, I still have to contact Sky myself to cancel my contract with them.

Having been with sky many years .they decided to bump my new contract up .🫣
Needless to say I moved to a local company whom were more than happy to have me. Cheaper than Skye.
All re wired and working fine .so far no problems . ☺️☺️☺️☺️happy 🐰🐰

Set up by engineers was very professional, they accommodated all my requirements for positioning of equipment. Support staff are great, very helpful and efficient. Speeds are way better than previous suppliers, for less money.

Customer service have been very attentive, keeping more well informed. Installation team were polite, helpful and professional very happy with my experience.

From start to finish this has been so easy to set up and I'm finally rid of my super slow provider. The speeds I'm getting now are great and everything was set up without any problems. Everyone i have dealt with so far have been very helpful and friendly.

Recently had a connection installed for the business. Cant fault any part of the process, it was extremely quick and easy to set up and was all sorted and up and running within a few days. Great prices offered for what you get as well compared to other companies.

Internet speeds amazing, Nicky amazing and install amazing. Be glad to be done with sky. Will put another review in couple weeks but as for now it’s amazing. Make the switch!

Ordered UrFibre service for my mother who is in her 70s.

Placed the order on Thursday 8th May 2025, my mothers services were installed and up and running by 2.00pm on Monday 12th May 2025. Nicki was super quick in getting the install date, and Vicky was an excellent point of contact in ensuring everything was working following the installation.

The installation guys arrived on time, completed the work efficiently and tidy.

The 250meg synchronous service which we ordered for my mother is spot on, the speeds we get are exactly what we pay for, 250meg both on download as well as upload. And the phone line is crystal clear, you just need an RJ11 to BT converter to use your existing phone which are a few pounds on Amazon.

The service is a totally personal one, you speak with the same people at a local company in Dudley, and not just some call centre who just want to get you off the phone.

I also have their 1gig service which is also spot on and has worked without a single hiccup for 3 months, hence why I had absolutely no problem ordering the service for my mother, and couldn’t wait to get her moved away from Sky who my mother had no end of problems with.

Company was informative, booking in installation straight forward. Day of installation the 2 engineers were excellent.

The engineers from U R Fibre Mandeep (Lead engineer) Jasporan and fellow team member were a pleasure to meet, who were very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble and also very tidy. The engineers arrived on time and the 1 GB service installed in a little under two hours. I highly recommend U R Fibre as a service provider and over the moon with their service, my current speed when testing via an Ethernet cable is 947 Mbps downstream and 944 Mbps Upstream and very pleased indeed.

Had the 1000 fitted today, the installers were fantastic, quick, efficient and very polite, they did the installation in record time and without fuss (unlike my previous supplier) and the speed is far better than I've had before.
The cost is great and guaranteed for the next 2 years. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to change.
