What an absolute fantastic service, at such a traumatic time I ordered an urn for my sons ashes and Darren was so kind and helpful and the finished urn is just beyond perfect, the personal touch of the engraving is lovely rather than run of the mill print. Given the emotional turmoil in trying to decide on what to do with our loved ones ashes , I found Urnsforashes compassionate and sensitive to our family needs .Our request was unusual in that we wanted a specific receptacle to be used which we sought and purchased ourselves . Urnsforashes was able to adapt the Urn so that it was completely secure. I was able to liaise with Darren via email, communication was excellent hence we are more than satisfied .

So pleased I found this company. I was in a position where I had to have a bespoke wooden urn made for my Wife Marion and eventually my Daughter Tina who wanted to go in with her Mother upon her death. This urn is to be kept in the Crematorium's Columbarium. I had approached several makers but they gave me long waiting times to produce the finished article. They wouldn't as I had requested treat the wood with preservative or incorporate proper dovetail joints into it. I needed this as I had leased a triple niche in the Columbarium until the end of the century and didn't want it eaten away with woodworm or to fall apart with metal stapled joints rusting through. Darren did everything I requested where other manufacturers had declined. His price was also far better than I had been quoted and he managed just over a week to complete the work. Throughout this Darren was exceptionally helpful, polite and understanding of my sad situation having just lost my Wife. His work on this urn is of the highest quality. I would have no hesitation in recommending Urns For Ashes to anyone in a similar situation. Well done Darren, and thank you so much. 5 star plus service all the way. Richard Warren.

We ordered an urn for my grandad and had it engraved. It is absolutely beautiful and we are so so pleased with it. Darren was amazing with his customer service skills from start to finish. Darren at Urns For Ashes was so kind when I sent him a bit of a blunt message advising I was sttill waiting on a small item which still hadn't materialised after more than a week.
He was quick to respond and advise he'd send out another straight away.
The fact that the postage charge actually exceeded the cost I paid overall was so kind of him and for that I advised I was really grateful. It's so nice to see there's still kindness amongst us. Excellent customer service!

From my first enquiry to the order being delivered, Darren was nothing short of brilliant. The most kind and caring customer service which helped hugely.
I ordered a wooden urn and the quality is outstanding, everything down to the custom engraving was perfect and I can't thank Darren enough for his help as it was obviously an emotional purchase.

We were looking for something different to place my dads ashes in and certainly found it with Urns for Ashes.
We chose the Spherical Flower Urn & it is absolutely beautiful. Dad was an artist & it reminds us of all the colours he used to paint with.
The minute we saw it, we knew it was what we were looking for.
I never thought I would ever say 'wow' when looking at an urn but I did. You would never imagine it was an urn.
Me & my family are so happy with how lovely it is & can't imagine finding anything more perfect to keep dad in.

Contacted Darren at urnforashes regarding a double urn for my late father on behalf of my mam, we chose a different colour to the one advertised on the website and ordered early December during all the strike action and it arrived early on Thursday 22nd we are all made up for my mam having Dad back home with her for xmas💙🙏 thanks for all amazing service from start to finish.🙌

Just received the Time Capsule urn for my Dad and am shocked at the poor quality. Basically like a plastic sewer pipe painted silver in the middle, with silicon at end that will degrade. It looks so cheap - and cost an astonishing £345!!! So shocked and sad. Pleased don’t use these people cashing in on people’s grief.

A great choice of unusual urns, easy to order, speedy delivery (quicker than stated) and a very personal and caring service. The urn arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition and is absolutely beautiful, even more lovely than it looked on the website! Information included about the sculpture, full instructions included on how to fill it and site it, plus even a lovely little box of wildflower seeds to accompany it, what a lovely thoughtful touch. Myself and my family are delighted with the urn and know it will make a fitting resting place for my late husband in the garden that he loved. Thank you Darren for everything.

I purchased a personalised urn after losing my mum. Darren at Urnsforashes kept me informed throughout the order process, as the urn is personalised and made to order, it did take a little time to arrive but Darren kept me up to date on progress.

The urn is quite simply, stunning and perfect for us - we had an image lasered to the front of the urn which is very personal to us as a family and the team at Urnsforashes did an outstanding job. A caring and very professional service that delivered on its promises. Within an hour of receiving the urn I just had to let them know how please I was. This is my email to Darren:

After a lot of searching on the internet for something different for my late cricket mad husband. I found Urns for ashes. I looked at their website and saw that they could make unusual urns.
I contacted Darren and asked if he could make a cricket ball. He was more than happy and was a delight to deal with.
I was nervous at first, as you never know with internet business and this was a big decision, but I did not need to worry.
He informed me of the process all the way through. Adding my personal words for the stand - which sets it off.
It arrived on Saturday and to say it made my weekend it is a understatement, I’m ecstatic with the end product.
I would highly recommend Darren and his team for producing a beautiful, unusual, special urn, my husband would have loved it.
If they were local I would have popped in and given them all a big hug.
