I bought a small glass teardrop urn for my Mum's ashes and it is absolutely beautiful! It was exactly as shown on the website and I couldn't be more delighted with it. It also came with a small gift of wild flower seeds which was a lovely touch! Highly recommend!

The quality of the products are far better than anticipated, and they look absolutely beautiful. The whole process has been a pleasure, and Darren should take such pride in his customer service, it has been an absolute pleasure to have dealing with someone as empathetic in such dire times. I would most definitely purchase from here again… just hopefully not soon though…

I ordered a stainless steel flower-shaped urn. I am absolutely delighted with it. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. I am very impressed. Darren’s customer service is great and the little personal touches are lovely.

We were informed last minute a biodegradable urn was required and needed to act quickly. Not only was our first choice urn available and perfect, there were others we liked too, and in our hands the next day. We ordered more for choice and the return process was also perfect. The internet gives us a vast choice which is wonderful but often the delivery times do not fit the timelines, not the case here. Just perfect. No-one needs this process to be difficult in an already very difficult time.

Darren has been very professional throughout this journey of buying an urn. We lost our son at 19 weeks pregnant so buying this extremely emotional.

When we ordered sadly Darren did have a delay on the website and had ran out of the bear urn. However he quickly emailed me and let me know and couldn’t be more apologetic.
These things happen and because Darren was effective at communicating with me it wasn’t a bit deal at all.
Delivery was quick and the product was beautiful! Thank you so much! If I ever have to order one again we will be back.

I cannot recommend urns for ashes enough. The initial urn was damaged in transit despite considerable packaging. I received an email from Darren almost immediately, confirming that a replacement would be despatched the next day (10pm email).

I would just like to say how pleased I am with the angels urn and to say thank you for such prompt delivery. I have had my mum’s ashes placed in the urn and it now sits in my garden which I am finding a great comfort. Thank you so much to Darren for all his help and assistance.

We lost our beautiful Saffy the Staffie in July and searched high and low for a befitting tribute in her memory and a place to keep her ashes. Darren was truly wonderful, he communicated with me the whole time to ensure our needs were met and sent the memorial well packaged in a super fast time. We are absolutely thrilled with the result, the instructions are clear and it has enabled us to put her in her favourite place in our garden and we can see her from most parts of the house, look at her and remember the wonderful memories we shared together. It is excellent quality and I think a wonderful memorial and tribute to a beautiful doggie. Very disappointed. Dealt with Darren with my enquiry who said he would try and see what he could do to help me. Did not hear anything back from him, so e-mailed him. Still no contact from him. The least he could have done was to contact me either way. Very poor customer service.

Where to start? I stumbled across Urns for Ashes whilst searching for something special for mum. From the first moment I made contact with Darren, to enquire if he could customise a design, he has been fantastic. Sourcing us the exact type of urn in the exact colour and size we wanted, along with a matching keepsake. Darren made it happen and was first class in keeping in touch along the way. The icing on the cake was sending out the urns for review prior to payment, another added touch was the decorative boxes the urns came in. Finally in terms of price everything was more than reasonable based on what I've seen advertised elsewhere.
