Won’t be purchasing from them again

The tracking is awful and unaccurate. My package got lost and the costumer service was okay and resolved my issue but it took about a week to even get my issue seen with the correct people. I got a replacement sent which took about another three week. I ordered my package about 2 months ago in early august and just received it today. I am disappointed with the company and won’t be purchasing again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM DUSK!

DO NOT ORDER FROM DUSK!! I ordered a duvet & pillow covers-I then found something else. Tried to cancel-no luck. Returned the items via Priority Mail-(I paid the cost) they were received in NJ on 8/26/2024-I am still trying to get my refund!! I have sent several emails only to get generic replies such as they haven't been able to track my order-hasn't arrived. I sent the tracking number plus my order number and they are telling me I must provide proof of purchase!! This has been going on for over a month now! I am beyond frustrated. No phone number to call either!! This is a terrible company - do not order from them!!

Horrible customer service

Yet again you sent me the wrong thing. No one wants to listen or actually read my email as to what the issue is.
Your coding is incorrect. The white bath mat keeps coming as dark grey. The code reads white but the actual product is dark grey. Why doesn't anyone there want look at the description and the product and see that it does not match.

Waste of time

Placed an order 8/22, got notified that it was shipped over a week later on 8/30 and it is now 9/19 and there has been no movement on the item, only that the label was created. I reached out a week ago for investigation/follow up and still have not received a response. Not sure what the issue is. I requested a refund two more times with more harsh words because I’m quite fed up. I submitted a dispute with my credit card and it was only then that they finally processed the refund. Buyers beware. So inconvenient and annoying. Seems to be a trend with a lot of customers as well, but some still waiting on refunds/items. You shouldn’t have to reach out 6 times over 5 weeks to get your hard earned money in exchange for not receiving items.

Overall a terrible experience

Overall a terrible experience. The website misleads you into thinking the order will be delivered in 3 to 5 days. Well, much like many of the other 1 star reviews on here, the delivery was a shambles. The first delivery was offered 10 days after the order, and was then cancelled on the morning of the delivery by text message and no way to talk to anyone, the second delivery was arranged for another week after that, which was also cancelled on the morning of the delivery, again by text message. The courier company has a WhatsApp which as about as useful as a chocolate tea pot. Customer service at Dusk is non existent. It is impossible to talk to someone, and they may or may not reply to any emails you submit through the website contact form. I ended up emailing to cancel the whole order, which was completely ignored, and then another delivery date offered. The bed eventually arrived, and actually it is good quality, and a product worthy of a 5 star review, it’s just a shame their delivery and customer service let them down so badly. I had planned to buy multiple other items of bedroom furniture, but I definitely won’t be now, I will never shop from them again and I would advise anyone reading this review to steer well clear (unless you love being stressed out and frustrated, in which case, go ahead, you’ll love it)

Still haven’t received my order

Still haven’t received my order. Reached out and was told I can get either a new order shipped or a refund. I asked for the product, but haven’t had any response at all. I’m about to file a claim with AMEX.
