Horrendous quality and high prices

You can forget about customer service here. Made an order and wanted to amend it and sent them an email. Received my original order many days later with no reply to my initial enquiry. Which is fine, alright. Not a big deal.

The quality of the products, however, are terrible. These are not better than what you'd get at your local bargain store or other places, but much much more expensive. I ordered towels and beddings, and after the initial wash (as prescribed in their product care label) the threads have already started falling apart!

The towel's threads are starting to loosen up in various places, almost like it aged by 10y! Horrendous quality. Now I'm even doubting their statement about the towels being 550gsm, as they don't feel heavier than the cheap towel I had for the past two decades.

Same goes for the beddings, after the initial wash and before any use, the threads are loosening in various places.

Would not recommend. They lock you in with sales, but their sales are their RRP. Would not recommend.

Terrible company or maybe not!

Terrible company!
Impossible to phone customer services.
However I have just received a phone call from Dusk which was very helpful and took my complaint on board with an explanation of the problem.

I ordered Dusk on August 28th they…

I ordered Dusk on August 28th they never delivered to my local till I compliant and emailed to company that they never shipped since Aug so finally I received it today!!!! Wow! 3 months! It is crazy. I will never order this company ever again sucks company! Awful company.

After finally receiving a package in…

After finally receiving a package in the mail after weeks and weeks of waiting. It was missing items and had the wrong sizes for almost everything. I ordered everything in a Queen size and got items in Twin. This company sucks. Would never recommend, completely stole my money and wasted my time.

Do not order from Dusk.

I placed my order in August. It is now almost mid October and I still have not received my order. I’ll be requesting a refund. I’ve reached out to customer service. My emails have not been responded to. I sit on hold forever when I call.

Quality is poor

Quality is poor. Asked for discount because it took so long to arrive(1month) had to follow up with multiple phone calls to track and ask for new items to be shipped. No discount was applied. Very disappointed.

Won’t be purchasing from them again

The tracking is awful and unaccurate. My package got lost and the costumer service was okay and resolved my issue but it took about a week to even get my issue seen with the correct people. I got a replacement sent which took about another three week. I ordered my package about 2 months ago in early august and just received it today. I am disappointed with the company and won’t be purchasing again.
