I have not received my order

My name is Ines Olivares. Order number #5892
Query number 959367
I would like my order to be cancelled and a full refund.
I have not received my order, and there is no plan to receive my order any time soon. It has been 3 weeks since I bought a duvet and two pillows online, and I have had no update. Apparently a label was created 2 weeks ago, and I have had no information since. With Black Friday coming up, this is simply not good enough for a competitive market. I chose to buy here because I needed this products sooner rather than later, otherwise I would have waited or ordered somewhere else. At this point the package has not even been sent and it has been 3 weeks, it could very well be lost.

I have contacted customer service but they have not offered a solution yet.

Not having an easy time trying to get a…

Not having an easy time trying to get a refund of nearly£1200 it was supposed to be up to 14 days after return collection we are now going into day 16 with still no refund.

I was asked when I had returned my order, but surely as your company arranged the collection you would have this information on your system.

I will wait and see if I hear anything tomorrow but not happy at all.

Still waiting for my order to arrive

Still waiting for my order to arrive. A simple order of a few bedding pieces, and weeks later, still not here! NOT ACCEPTABLE!

Also, there is no customer service phone number to call for assistance. Stay away from this company.It's not worth the hassle!

Order never sent

Order never sent. A label was created two weeks ago, however nothing has been shipped. I have tried reaching out to customer service and no one has replied in 2 weeks. Please avoid this company.

Really bad service

I would want to give a proper review but unfortunately after 2 weeks since I've placed the order and money taken from my account, I didn't even had an email that says it was despatched although it was supposed to get delivered until this Saturday.
I have tried to call the landline and sent an email but up to now I couldn't get an answer at all.

I ordered a loveseat on 6/11 and my…

I ordered a loveseat on 6/11 and my payment did not seem to go through so my partner paid with his card. Day after checked statement and we were both charged. Since then have sent numerous email, sat on phone at least 4 times but no answer. When I cancelled they only acknowledged one order not two. I am so fed up with this company as communication is zero. I have been in touch with my bank who are assisting me to get my money back but this is really poor service and would never trust again . Please think before you order . My partner and I are currently out of pocket for a total of over 700.00 which is really unacceptable and concerning .

I believe in seconds chances...

My previous, and, first, experience with your company was nothing short of a nightmare. I had placed two orders which I never received, and every time I contacted customer service I was bounced around until I finally was refunded for my never-delivered purchases. Regardless of all this, I decided to give you a second chance and ordered a couple of sets of towels and a set of sheets.
I am pleased with the look and quality of the sheets. However, the towels are only OK. I found them to be very thin - let's see how they perform and hold to laundering.

This package still hasn’t arrived

This package has been marked as “shipped” since 11/1 and USPS still hasn’t received the package. I’ve reached out multiple times with no response.

The product looks amazing on your website. I can’t offer any additional feedback yet since I don’t have it. Customer service needs to be worked on a tad.

Delivery Joke

Delivery estimate given by Dusk is a fraud. The USPS is waiting for the package and nothing. I send a correspondence to Dusk a delivery estimate but nothing. Terrible experience so far.

I have asked for a refund on my order…

I asked for a refund on my order (5816), since the day after ordering, which is nearly two weeks ago and have been given the run around. I was told my item shipped, which was not true, and it is almost improve to get a representative on the phone to discuss anything. I will never use this company again and encourage others not to use them as well. The customer service is extremely poor.

No response in return request.

Followed instructions for a return. Waited over a week for “instructions “.nothing yet Easy to order, not so for return. I was bombarded with ads. Would have ordered again but not so after this experience.
