They want me to wait a month to replace a mispick!!! Customer service is beyond shocking. Sent me the wrong item but wanted 2 sets of photos to prove this. Tried to call them multiple times nobody answers! Got through once and the call was disconnected.

Ordered two mattress toppers form them, paid for next working day delivery, they have not arrived a week and and a half later. I have emailed them with no response. I did get a phone number for them by searching on line. waited a very long time for them to answer, but got some one who told me there was a labelling issue ? I have been left to chase the courier EVRI, who seem to have one item but not the other ? Dusk say its not there issue its the couriers, and the couriers say to contact DUSK. I will now be requesting a refund. Further to this I appear to have a random text message from a Turkish mobile number, purporting to be from DUSK, however I am not answering this as could be a scam. For others who are having trouble with Dusk , the telephone number I managed to find out is 01136190311. Will never use them again, not a reputable company.
The D in dusk is for Disappointment
My current experience with dusk is very bad - I ordered items in March now after multiple emails I get date end of June begining of July for potential delivery! Contacting someone via phone - impossible, form on customer service side works after few days, now they are telling me that if I won’t be able to be in the delivery window they will charge me on top 30£
How it is even possible that customer can’t get the delivery as initially promised and delay is more than 50 days!?
One-year-old sofas bobbled badly and no customer service
Would love to be able to attach photos, but can’t see how to! I bought two Hampshire sofas 12 months ago. The fabric has bobbled all over. They truly look dreadful and have to be covered with throws their response from customer services is that they are unable to do anything. The previous sofas we had lasted well over 10 years and they were also good value sofas from DFS, not expensive ones. I would expect sofas to last more than one year in a reasonable condition. From what I can see on dusk’s website, all of the five star reviews are from people who have just had their sofas delivered. I can’t imagine they’d feel the same after a year.

After a month of waiting, after unanswered emails, I was informed that my office chair would be delivered. Just to add, this is an office chair, not a massive item, but I was charged for two man delivery.
Today, the delivery company tried to deliver my chair, but I was on my way back from the school run with my child who was sick. I called the delivery company and they said, sorry nothing they could do. So I searched everywhere for Dusks contact number and actually ended up finding it on Trust pilot as I was unable to find it on their confirmation email or on their website and their Facebook messenger didn't work either. So, they don't want customers to contact them. Red flag!
After holding for around 30 minutes, I spoke to one of their customer service assistants, who informed me that I would need to pay another £30 delivery due to failed delivery. I explained the situation with my son and she said that it is in the terms and conditions that I would have to pay for redelivery. So that's £60 in total for delivery for a £90 chair? Any good company at least offer discounted redelivery. Anyhow, I then asked for a refund of the actual chair and was then informed that they would be charging me £39.99 to get the chair back to them from the delivery company. So basically trying to tie me into keeping the chair. I have said no, I will be taking this up with PayPal.
These people have everything there in their terms and conditions to tie you up if something goes wrong. They do not value their customers. Avoid at all costs! I will be taking this further.
Slow fulfillment
The product appears nice but cuts the corners in place you would like to see quality such as buttons instead of zippers to close and no ties in the corners. That said, it looks very nice once it is on. My biggest concern was the time to deliver the product. This took nearly 3 months and numerous emails requesting updates on the delivery. I received one email stating the product had been lost in the mail, however I had never received an email stating the product had shipped or a tracking number.

My order came over a month late. I reached out to customer service weeks prior to the arrival and have yet to receive a reply even now. Color was also very different from online photos.

I did receive this order of pillowcases. However, I never received my first order for duvet cover and pillow cases. My money was taken, and no delivery or status information. Do not order anything from Dusk.

Delivery didn’t arrive
Delivery didn’t arrive, many apologetic emails but no action! Their delivery company also only uses an automated approach to ‘help’ and ‘support’. I can only say they take your money and don’t deliver!

Awful experience trying to order a bed...
Awful experience trying to order a bed. I heard nothing for months and then received notification from the delivery company that dusk didn't have the items ready when they tried to pick them up. I contacted dusk for a refund and they insisted that I wait longer, then when they finally agreed to a refund they tried to charge me a cancellation fee! Had to raise a dispute with my bank or I would never have seen my money...

I’m bummed I had to select one star
I’m bummed I had to select one star. Absolutely horrible customer service. I’m not even sure there’s a staff. Five weeks after ordering $200 of bedding and five unreturned emails, I’ve reached out to my bank for a refund and reported the company to a friend at the Colorado State Attorney General’s office.

Shockingly poor service and quality of items
Have had really poor service and little communication. Have attempted to resolve nicely several attempts but no response or a response and no further action.
Issues with 2 items. A tv stand with missing parts so can’t put together the other a cabinet with marks in several places. Asked for a replacement part for tv stand and to return the cabinet.
They had audacity to ask me for £40 pick up fee when the fault was not mine and I’ve been out of pocket arranging assembly.
Not sure how they are allowed to operate with unscrupulous practices.

ordered a unit and never received a confirmation email of purchase. Emailed them constantly for 3 months and only received generic emails back. The unit eventually turned up and guess what??? It was completely faulty. None of the holes married up. Ended up putting the whole lot in the back of car and took it to the tip. This lot are Micky mouse company. Do yourself a favour and don’t touch them. For my own mental health I’m just cutting my loses
