It seemed a little more difficult than necessary to track the package. Motel also is quick to reach out for me to take a survey for them but curiously quiet about updating shipping information.

Inconsistent jean sizing
It is so frustrating how the exact same size and style of jeans in different colors fit so variably. I order a 26 x 34 size in 3 colors. One is so small it won't even zip. one is huge on me. I have one pair of the parallel jeans that fits perfectly and i was really hoping to get more colors, but I'm never ordering jeans from here again. Such a pain

It’s not worth it to pay $90 for a pair…
It’s not worth it to pay $90 for a pair of jeans then spend $7 to return them just to get a different size. Did it twice. Yes we followed the size chart. No the jeans did not work out and was not willing to continue to exchange the jeans and pay more $$

Crazy sizing

Satisfied and Disappointed with my first order
This was my first time ordering from Motel, and I was both satisfied and disappointed. I ordered the Low Rise Roomy Jeans in True White and when I received my package the jeans were stained. Other than the stain, the jeans had amazing quality and I felt as though the website thoroughly explained Motel's sizing so they fit perfectly. I Emailed for help and received a very helpful response and felt there was very thoughtful communication. I was able to get the help I needed so I am very satisfied with the customer service, just sad the clothes did not come in the condition I expected.
