Hi Tclay. We all have different tastes and when going to lose weight we often need to due to the foods we have taught ourselves to love and enjoy the taste of. It is about adapting to new tastes and teaching your body to have things that are good for you. Many like the taste. Hi Fateja. Sadly you can't eat the foods you ate that aided in the weight gain and lose weight. The diet is clean eating and the products make it easier for the weight loss. We are one of the best value diets for the results around. Most of our dieters tell us how much money they save by doing the 123Diet. I am not sure of any diet that works that you don't have to stick to. I wish you all the best with your weight loss and am hear for you if you wish to stick to it and are serious about getting those extra lbs off. Emma

Hi Mojdeh. It is super helpful when used correctly. Unfortunately you do need to follow it. You can't take the products and eat the foods that aided in the weight gain in the first place. The products are used to make it easier to eat clean and follow all the steps. I do hope you start over with the products you already have and follow it correctly this time. Emma

I highly recommend it to people without diabetes and gastrointestinal disorders such as constipation, irritable bowel, and hemorrhoid, specially if they are chronic.
Seriously you face a problem with this diet even 7 or 9 days constipation with use both natural and chemical laxatives. The minimum problem is not loosing weight.
For others is like a miracle, it worth buying the drop and enjoy your body :)

You have done really well Fahimeh. The reason some get constipated when dieting is not actually from the diet or products, it is actually from the past food (now toxins) they once fed their bodies. The body needs time to get used to nice clean and healthy foods. We have those with Type 2 diabetes that have reversed it and those with type 1 doing really well, if they follow it correctly. We all teach ourselves how to enjoy sweet sugary things and then we gain weight. We then taste some-thing that is good for us and we do not like the taste as it is not what we have taught ourselves to eat. But we can change this and get used to things.
In the meantime here are some ideas so that you too can go onto losing your weight like thousands of others on our program.
1: You can instead of holding under your tongue, just swallow.
2: You can put it in some water and shoot it straight back.
3: You can put it in gel capsules from health food stores and just swallow the capsule with no taste.
