Do NOT EVER use this company for auto shippings! I have called and Confirmed that after I reported this company to the FMCSA and the USDOT and BBB, USA Trax LLC is officially Out of business and their license is officially revoked by the FMCSA! I have advertised to Everyone that I know and know of to NOT use USA Trax LLC and I did get my money back! Again, this company is Officially Out of Business, which it should be and never should have been started! The good reviews are FAKE AND SCAMS!

They abandoned our vehicles and stole our money! I’m going to start the review like that in case you choose not to read the rest.
We contacted USA TRAX through a moving resource company. We were putting in contact with a sales person named Frank Williams. He seemed very professional and gave us a quote of $4700 to transport our vehicles (Tesla/ram) from Scottsdale, Arizona to Hilo Hawaii. He would only take money through a Zelle or a money wiring transaction. That should’ve been our first red flag! After two weeks of Frank not giving us a booking number with Matson shipping company- we finally got super suspicious. Frank then and anybody at USA TRAX would not answer their phones and we had to contact the police. It turns out that they had abandoned our vehicles in a random parking lot in California. That also racked up roughly $2500 in parking fees. I then had to have my cousins who happened to live nearby. Go pick up our vehicles from that parking lot and then rebook our transportation with matson. Ended up costing us an additional $5000. Long story short they stole $4700 from us and cost us an additional 2500 and parking fees.

We wouldn’t have known where the vehicles were had we not had a Tesla that had GPS tracking. We had to file a police report to even be able to get our vehicles released!

I cannot say enough negative things about this company.

They stole our two vehicles-scammed us out of $7000 and now won’t respond. We booked them to transport two vehicles from AZ to HI. We now have no idea where our cars are and the police are involved.

Worst bunch of scammers. Triple the price on the evening of pickup. Not send them a Zelle payment!!

It was a great experience, the person I was talking to was also polite, even available on weekend.

This company is scam. I was quoted $350 to ship my car. The day of shipment, they told me ICE arrested their drivers in spite of being us citizen and promised to find a driver by next day. Next day they claimed to have found another driver to transport for $2000. I lost >$3000 in addition to transport cost. I am filing a class action suit against the company and anyone who lied to me during this process. I talked to many truck drivers during this time, they are not at fault. It is this company. I found a legal firm in NY/NJ representing us for free.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was quoted $525 to ship my daughters car from PA to TX. I asked specifically if all costs and charges were included and was told yes. The day of the scheduled pickup, I received a call from the "dispatch manager" saying that the load was declined by two drivers due to there being a DOT warning about a "demonstration" in Austin, TX. The price for the new "certified" driver went from $525 to $1175. I'm between a rock and a hard place since the car was supposed to be shipped today. Terrible experience!

SCAM Alert!! i think this company is a SCAM they are the lowest price and they take your deposit and call back saying there is a problem with delivery and they negotiated with other trucks and they want to charge me $900 now after they told me $300 DO NOT TRUST THEM and doubt the people that give good reviews they may be their friends.

They don't deserve 1star. Complete and total FRAUD. DO NOT USE AT ALL unless you want to give them your money for nothing! They stole my $100 deposit and lied to me the entire time. Tried to pull the OLD our trucker broke his axle in half 15 minutes away from picking up my vehicle. Truth is there never was a driver and these people are criminals. Noah needs to take some acting lessons because he is terrible at trying to tell stories. I knew he was lying to me. Driver is two hours away, 1 hour away, in heavy traffic, Oh, we have a situation, our drive is 15 minutes away but broke his axle in half. BS, DO NOT USE THEM EVER!

Booked for $220 pick up from my college town to my home for the summer, submitted my $50 deposit, day before tells me the driver got delayed, supposed to be gone by then but ok my roommate will just be the delivery pick up person, day of calls me again says there is delay and won’t be till evening then says only driver that will pick up is charging $1,600 and tries to lie and say they fought for $975 after back and fourth of him lying and trying to scare me into either paying the fee or paying the cancel fee was eventually able to get my deposit back, do not be scared into paying they lie to get their way and have no legal hold over you and will bend to pressure because they know what they are doing won’t hold in court

This company did not seem legit to me. There was no legit website where I could view any of my order information or to pay in a secure way. They wanted me to pay them through a link that they sent me through my email. There was no security features on it at all. It seems like a scam! When I told Sara that I wanted to cancel my order she told me that I could not cancel the order that I would be charged anyway. SCAM....RUN!

This is the place you use if you need to transport your vehicle. Totally transparent, and even worked with me when I had to reschedule. Jason was the best at handling the situation.

Worst company! They will change the price by almost triple the amount you agreed upon immediately after signing the contract and receiving the deposit. DO NOT GET SCAMMED!! Find someone more reliable and legitimate!

Do not I repeat do not use this broker they will tell you it's a low quote price to get you to put a deposit down they quoted me 225 then on the day before said it's going to be 900 and I have to wait till Monday the following week for the quoted price of 225 then they said oh it's 700 and they don't even speak English that good this is a huge scam. Beware!!!!

Easy to deal with, car arrived as it left, in timely matter.
