I was told by several transport companies that shipping my van from a dealer in Pennsylvania to a small town in Colorado was either impossible or would come with an outrageous price tag. They claimed it was a challenging route and that I should be prepared for a long wait and a hefty bill. Some even jerked me around for two weeks, supposedly searching for a carrier, but ultimately couldn't deliver. But then I spoke with Leo at USA TRAX, and he assured me they could get the job done. And they did! USA TRAX handled the task with professionalism and expertise, charging a reasonable and competitive price. They kept me updated throughout the process and delivered my van directly to my doorstep - and I live in a remote area! Their efficiency and reliability were impressive, and they accomplished this feat in just three days. I'm grateful for their exceptional service and would highly recommend USA TRAX, and especially Leo, to anyone needing vehicle transport.

Not only did they bait and switch me on the price(quoted me 480 and ot ended up being 600) my buddies car sat in Orlando for 10 days after his pick up date and finally they got a driver and charged 400 dollars more than the quote and was 10 days late. And today another friends car was to be picked up in Florida and brought to jersey quoted price 690, actual price 1800. What a joke, Mack has no clue how to do business. Can't believe i reffered them to anyone. This company is a joke and Mack's word isn't worth anything.

They are good at their business. Very responsive. Definitely will refer to my friends.

I spoke and texted with Tom Ross in regards to dispatching a load to our carrier company which was posted on central dispatch.
Tom was friendly, answered quickly, and addressed all the questions I had before accepting the load. The interaction with pick up and delivery customer was smooth and they were very appreciative of us moving the cars to them quickly. Highly recommend USA Trax!

USA Trax initially quoted me a reasonable price of $405 to transport my car from Texas to Chicago. Trusting their estimate, I proceeded with the booking and paid an initial fee of $105 via Zelle, as requested. However, to my shock and dismay, they texted me well past 10 PM, stating that the actual charge would be a staggering $750. This sudden price hike was not only unreasonable but also wholly unjustified.
2. Lack of Transparency:
What is most infuriating about this experience is USA Trax's utter lack of transparency. At no point during our initial correspondence was I informed of any potential additional charges or discrepancies in pricing. Their decision to spring such a significant increase on me, especially after I had already made a partial payment, reeks of dishonesty and manipulation.
3. Exploitative Tactics:
It is evident that USA Trax intentionally withheld crucial pricing information in an attempt to exploit customers like myself. By waiting until after 10 PM to notify me of the absurd charge, they effectively cornered me into a situation where I had no choice but to comply. This underhanded tactic is unethical and indicative of a company that prioritizes profit over integrity.
4. Strong Warning Against Usage:
In light of my harrowing experience with USA Trax, I feel compelled to issue a stern warning to anyone considering their services. This company's blatant disregard for customer trust and shameless exploitation of unsuspecting individuals make it abundantly clear that it cannot be trusted. I needed my car shipped quickly and the company came through. It was very affordable and everyone was very professional, from the representative (Mack) to the driver(Jonathan). Will definitely use again.

As I was the first time shipping my car and out of 20 to 25 compinies I moved with USA Trax LLC. The decision was a brilliant one as they kept me updated and stayed with me untill the car is delivered from NY to CA. HARRIS did a excellent job for me from start to end. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND you all to go with USA TRAX LLC. One of the best in the market. Will use them again.

The company is a SCAM! Told them I had 2 cars to ship and a agreed price. He said I'll do it. Them comes back with an amount 3x what was agreed. I'll have to go through BBB to get my $150 deposit back. Sucker said his name was Harris Johnson........hahaha you mean Abdul. Yeah he got me, don't let this happen to you!
