Son's birth certificate
I placed an order for a copy of my sons birth certificate. He is getting married in October 2024. I ordered this on 12/8/2023. I received an email stating that I need to wait 120-150 days to receive. As of June 8th it will be 180 days and still nothing!! I am frustrated beyond comprehension!! My son needs this to get a passport for his honeymoon. I reached out to customer service last Friday and they said I should be hearing from someone higher up and to-date, I have heard from no one! I need someone to contact me and overnight my certificate!

This is a scam site.
They have charged my card $129, without completing the order, and refuse to refund my money unless I will give them my credit card number. Not happening. I did not ever receive an email with a confirmation number, or any information at all. Do not use this site.

My parents are Italian but I was born…
My parents are Italian but I was born in New Jersey, I decided to acquire my second Italian nationality and one of the required documents is the birth certificate. I requested the document online through this website, without leaving my house and I obtained it quickly, I had a couple of doubts and the customer service team was fantastic with me before processing the order. I received my birth certificate in the stipulated time and I am very grateful, finally very soon besides being American, I will be Italian.
