Excellent resource for getting videos made! All creators exceeded my expectations. Quality was very high and the platform is easy to use. I contacted support and they wrote back quickly to answer my question. Overall excellent experience.

We had a highly disappointing experience with Clipp.
A creator (Chelsea) uploaded an initial version of our UGC video on March 1st. We provided clear revision feedback on March 3rd and followed up again on March 13th after receiving no response. Despite multiple attempts to communicate, both with the creator and Clipp’s support team, the issue remains unresolved.

What’s most concerning is that Clipp’s response did not address the actual problem. Instead of helping resolve the lack of delivery, they simply highlighted the creator’s past performance and reliability. We approached this entire process in a calm, professional, and solution-oriented manner. 

However, the reality is that Clipp has already received payment for UGC content that has not been properly delivered. This is unacceptable.
If you are considering using this platform, be aware that in case of issues, you may not receive the level of support or accountability you would expect, even when deliverables are incomplete.

Wonderful experience overall. Very happy to know that this service exists.

I had two clips make for the first time with Clip. The process was easy and the creator Anna produced exactly what was required from the brief I sent her.

I plan to use Clip again soon.

It was an easy experience and a pleasure to work with Clip. They delivered great content for my Linen Fashion business KAYA AND LOX and I would highly recommend using them. I would definitely use them again.

Disappointed with quality of the content. I tried contacting your company for help because the creator i chose couldn't deliver up to standard content after I've given her so many instructions and other videos for inspo. Have not received a response from you.

First time using Useclip. I was doubtful as I've used influencers before and the content wasn't great. The process was super easy. The video was done super quickly and on brief and I loved it! I will def use the service again.

Really easy to use and puts you in contact with lots of different content providers. I struggled to find multiple options on other platforms but useclip made it very easy for me

Whilst Clip is relatively easy to use, they are some fundamental flaws which make it quite irritating. The main one being the approval process on messages between companies and creators. There were times when a quick message was important to get across to our creators but they sit there unapproved for hours, sometimes days.
We only had 14 creators looking to work on our campaign, and most of them just submitted a generic application with no reference to what we were actually trying to achieve. They were also overwhelmingly female, and we were looking for both male and female creators.

It looks like we've got what we need out of the platform for now, but I'll be looking for alternatives when we run another.

Never used before, and had some issues with usability with platform. One of there agents was immediately at hand to guide us through it, and from then on plain sailing.

I have been using Clip for a little over a year. Recently they have launched a premium package that offers detailed briefs and higher pay. I have had a great experience with them. Looking forward to continue my partnership with Clip, also Stefan is the best!

Fantastic UGC platform that’s easy to work with! They also provide a premium for creators the at least $200 for jobs so it makes it way more worth your while, and gives me more time as a creator to not rush a job but really take my time and make better quality videos. Highly recommend this platform

I’m pretty new to UGC content creation and honestly, I’ve had such a great experience with Clip so far. I love that I can pick the projects I want to work on based on demands and industries, and everything is super straightforward. The clients have been really easy to work with, and payments come through fast — which is such a plus when you’re just getting started!

They also have opportunities for more experienced creators with higher payouts since launching the Premium service, where the starting rate is $200 per video. That alone shows there's room for every creator to grow on the Clip! Definitely a platform I’d recommend if you’re starting out or looking for a solid side hustle.

Really love working with this group. I'm a seasoned agency creator and I love being able to pick and choose what assignments I'd like. The work is so straight forward, clients are easy going, and payouts are super quick! Plus because I'm a seasoned creator there's an option for a Premium Service for creators with payouts starting at $200. They have work for people starting out as well as for vets looking for solid side work. Can't speak high enough for Use Clip.

I've been a creator on Clip for the past 2-3 years and have really enjoyed the platform. A great mix of campaigns/clients to work with on there with fair and quick payouts. They recently added the premium campaign feature meaning I can earn £150+ from one campaign, a great opportunity for UGC creators!

An excellent and competitive resource for UGC content. We've discovered fantastic creators who really went above and beyond to fulfil briefs, and will definitely continue to work with this platform and have recommended it to other Teams. Communication with the Clip Team is speedy, friendly, and helpful, and overall it's set up in a user-friendly way that makes the whole process easy to manage. Also appreciate the option to reward creators with a bonus when they've gone above and beyond, this is a really nice touch.
