Clip was amazing ! We have now worked with them on a number of projects and every experience was great. The quality of creators is much better than comparable platforms. The platform itself is super easy to use and makes the process of finding a creator, working with them and asking for edits super easy. The videos we received were always of high quality and met the brief exactly. In some cases where there were some issues, it was super easy to get them edited. I also have to add their customer service is amazing !

Using Clip has been a good experience. You'll have to work through various creators but once you found a good one and provided that you have clear directions, you're guaranteed to have a significant ROAS. Customer support has also been great. Would recommend!

As a company we used Useclip for some UGC and we have had a terrible experience. Firstly the creator made a terrible video, he clearly used old clips and didnt even feature our product or bother to set it up properly. when we complained, the company offered for us to select a different creator and offered a free video on top - this was back in JANUARY and I am yet to receive any video! it took the old creator over a month just to post the product to the new creator. 2 months later and I'm still waiting for my video! terrible service, terrible communication and I will NOT be using them again or recommending them!
