If only I could leave 6 "stars"...

We worked with ELIZABETH SINIARI​ at US FCR throughout the process of getting setup on the schedule as well at service- connected disabled-vet certification. The comprehensive reviews, updates, feedback and always-responsive approach instilled complete confidence in the organization and their team. We knew nothing was going to "slip through the cracks" to cause problems or delays later.

I confidently recommended US FCR and Elizabeth. I've had experience with other organizations offering their services with mixed-bag results. This team and explicitly Elizabeth is easily the "cut above" what your use to!

My case manager, Riley Larsen, was very helpful and professional.

Emerlee has been very helpful in my goal of becoming a registered contractor for USFCR. This helped me greatly!

Jillian Brunk was a breath of fresh air to work with throughout this process. She was energetic, polite, conscientious, while also being proactive and results-driven. A true credit to her profession!

I have been working on getting registered for SAMSHA with the hope of being able to seek grant funding and since the month of July of 2022, I have received nothing but poor service and communications. I don't get any callbacks or follow-through on services that have been paid for. I do not recommend this agency at all. I hear from someone when they want payment but not for anything else. I have received no help or services at all.

Adam is awesome he walked my company step by step through the whole process. We got our first USFCR CONTRACT!! Very helpful, easy and had lot patience when we had questions. Thank you Adam!! This company really does care about their clients.

I was treated exceptionally well by Anthony and was given additional help and ideas on how to accomplish my objective.

This company is a scam. They took over $600 to set up a SAMS account which they never did, they won't return emails and won't refund my money- will have to issue a dispute with my credit card company. I also issued a BBB complaint as well. If you enjoy your piece of mind and your hard-earned money, I would stay away from this company.

PS- from the reply below- NO ONE reached out to me to resolved my issue, no one emailed or called. This is another false claim made by this company. I would be happy to remove this review if I get what I paid for,

I worked for 6 months on registering in the new SAM.gov system with numerous phone calls, help tickets and discussions with many Gov't people. Let me be clear they were all exceptionally nice and helpful but unable to guide me through. I spent $599 with USFCR and in 10 days Jillian had our registration completed and validated. She had my information less than 24 hrs. and took quick action and simply got it done...best $599 I ever spent, wish I had done it 6 months ago! Thanks to Josh from USFCR who gave me zero pressure to contract with them which gave me the confidence to do just that!

It was an excellent experience. So much knowledge and patience with me. I am truly a rookie and my experience was wonderfully smooth.

I was having issues getting the forms to register our company. I had contacted USFCR spoke with Brian Lewis. He went above and beyond getting my situation taken care of. He emailed my case worker Jacob Cummings letting him know I was not getting the forms thru my email. Jacob received the email from Brian and sent the forms another way so that I was allowed to receive the forms and not blocked. Brian followed up to make sure I received what was needed. Brian was an excellent source for me. I appreciate everything he did. Brian even contacted me the next day making sure I had everything I needed. Brian is an exceptional employee at USFCR. Thank you!

Everything that they do, you can do for free. Emails and materials all look official like this is the way to do it with then maybe a tiny little notice this is not a government service. And then even when you ask to be removed they continue to market to you pretending to be the next step in the process.

If I could put negative 1 I would. I paid 699 over 4 months ago to have my Sam.gov done, nothing was done I end up calling then they say we need more info. So instead of calling the costumer. I had to call them they don’t call back I call for three weeks to get refund they send me a email for me to cancel and don’t tell me it wasn’t done for almost three months and then I have to wait 90 days to get money back when they have a ton in the bank account highway robbery go on you tube figure it out yourself niacs will be in your information along with PS. YouTube has it on the video. I ask to speak yo supervisor. I’m told they are the supervisor so this company only had one supervisor and no boss apparently. Liars thief’s and I run a U.S. state federal agency. Eta. Imagine how they will treat a common man.. run away people or kick urself in the nuts and keep the mone. Never given information on what they did never seen fine print about how they can steal your money after 2 days if doing nothing leave it to Florida

I have been working with Peter Lanore and Lilianna Lander for years. They have always been very professional, and I appreciate their help with obtaining federal contracts.

Kiersten Marino was very helpful, polite, responsive to any and all questions, I asked. I am truly pleased that my first interaction with this company, was met with someone that had great knowledge and experience with the process.

Does nothing but slowing down an already slow process and cost money
I have been trying to contact my Case Manager many times and if an other person in the office answers the phone, they just tell me that's he's busy right now, and i have been trying to renew since March. They tell me there is nothing they can do to expedite the process, and when I do get the case manager on the phone he tells me he's working on it and I just have to wait it out, again....infuriating.

Emerlee Trevino has done our SAM renewal for the last 3 years. In each case, she made the process easy to understand, quick and is a pleasure to work with.

My experience with the US Federal Contractor Registration process was excellent. The point of contact for my journey was Jeffery Hoffses. While the process took time, which I anticipated and understood, Jeffery was professional and extremely patient with me. The process felt daunting and with his guidance, we navigated through successfully. I received many helpful emails, and several phone calls along the way. I truly did not expect that.
