No response from customer service on issue with product.
I didn’t want to rate this poorly because I think it’s a lack of communication issue. I was sent a case for an iPhone 11 Pro when I needed one for an iPhone 11, whatever happened the case is too small. I wasn’t too disappointed in that because things happen. My disappointment is in no one responding to the several emails I have sent trying to resolve the issue.
I sent confirmation of my home address to your email as you requested but you may want to make sure it wasn’t blocked by your fire wall again. I didn’t get a response email that you received it so I wanted to notify you to check for it. This is the only other way you seem to get the messages so I had to post it here.
Update:
The company’s response was wonderful. They sent me a new case that fit perfectly. They have been great. I had their leather case for my iPhone 10 and I absolutely loved it. When I got my iPhone 11 I wanted the same case but they no longer had leather cases so I had to go with the vegan “leather” which I personally don’t prefer. I like real leather but for what it is the case is fine. Thanks for handling this in the best way possible.

Absolutley Uunique styling made me buy again... Purchased my first Uunique mobile cover…
Purchased my first Uunique mobile cover a few years ago and had so many comments on the style being a very classy black and wood design.
When it started to show some ware ( my own fault I should add as it is very robust ) I only wanted to purchase similar again. So, I went on Uunique web site to check what is available. Luckily they had a few very similar designs so I was delighted I was able to purchase again. The ordering was easy and the delivery was next day... amazing.! The price was good too.. So very happy I could buy my distinctive mobile cover again and delighted with the service from Uunique.!
