Fantastic and great communication
We had a fantastic experience with Varoom after finding them on Google.
The motorhome was clean and had everything we needed making our trip comfortable and stress-free.
The booking process was really easy and communication throughout was excellent; friendly, professional, and always happy to answer questions.
Collection and return were both seamless, with a thorough handover that gave us real confidence before setting off.

Have been using Vaaroom for a number of years now. Sharon has been incredibly helpful and always been flexible when coming to multiple bookings and guided us through all the optional extras with transparency and recommendations. The team at the Essex depot are incredible and will 100% be using them for other trips. One stand out benefit is the flexibility around booking and rental dates and not having to be tied into a 7 day hire if you only need it for a couple of days. This is a stand out benefit over other hire companies.

First time motorhome rental
Myself and my partner went with vaaroom after a lot of research of different motorhome rentals and im very happy we did. I collected the van from the romford depot before heading down to Devon. It was our first time having a motorhome holiday and it was a fantastic experience. Highly recommend vaaroom. Good value for money and a very easy well informed process. Everyone at vaaroom was very friendly and helpful throughout.

Top-Quality Motorhomes and Great Service from Vaaroom
We had an amazing experience with the 3x6-passenger motorhomes from Vaaroom for our 3 days Cotswolds trip with friends in September 26th - 29th 2025. The booking and handover process were smooth, and the motorhomes were new, clean, and easy to drive. Everything went perfectly, and the service from Vaaroom was excellent throughout.
We absolutely loved the experience and are already planning to hire from them again for our next trip. After posting our trip photos on Instagram, we even received lots of enquiries — we happily recommended Vaaroom to our friends! Highly recommend their service for a comfortable and hassle-free motorhome adventure.

We’re truly pleased to hear that you were happy with the vehicle and the service provided by our team. However, we are very disappointed by the inaccurate comments regarding your deposit.
Your feedback suggesting that deposits are “hard to get or maybe never” is simply not correct. As we have explained several times in writing and over the phone, your £250 deposit was never taken as a payment — it was a standard pre-authorisation hold applied by your own bank. This is an automated industry-wide process, identical to what hotels and car hire companies use, and the hold is released automatically once the hire ends.
We have provided all the supporting documentation and timelines proving that no funds were ever withheld by Vaaroom. Despite this, our numerous attempts to clarify and resolve the misunderstanding have been ignored.
As a small, family-run business, it’s deeply upsetting to see misleading comments damaging our hard-earned reputation. We treat every customer with honesty and respect, and we only ask for the same fairness in return.
Anyone wishing to verify the facts of this case is welcome to contact us directly — we are happy to show all related documents to demonstrate full transparency.

We recently rented the Nomad G Camper ( the large one), and as per our previous experience, it was 5 star and the service pre and post rental went without issues.
Feedback on the camper.
If you are over 5’10, you may struggle with the bed layouts.
It would be good to provide a step, as the vehicle sits high.
Thank you for a great experience and we will be back next, but will try a different model.

Touring the UK & Ireland
Spent 3 weeks touring the UK & Ireland with my wife. The VW van worked as advertised which helped make for a positive experience. It was a bit tricky booking it from Australia but a couple of quick call sorted it out
