Very helpful in planning my vacation

I still have not received my confirmation but Alex my representative was the highlight. She was attentive, personal and professional.

Do not sign up with this company. You will end up paying more for your vacations than if you booked through Expedia or travel agents. They pressured us to buy a "discounted" package and then charged us monthly for it. After reviewing the packages, including hotels, cruises and land packages, I realized that there was no savings using them. I am now stuck with this useless travel package that I paid for and you cannot cancel after 2 days. (terrible business practice) The reps that work for the company are very helpful and nice but they work for a terrible company.

Alex was amazing and so kind and helpful!

She thoroughly explained everything and how it would work from beginning to end. She answered all the questions I had. And she helped me find and upgrade to suitable conditions. She was excellent!

Alex has been very helpful with changing our trip. I had complications with knee surgery and Alex rescheduled our dates for us.

Ruben was very nice and took time to explain everything so I could understand exactly what my options were.
He wished by husband good health and was personable. I felt that I could trust him.

We used our phone solicitation to go to Vegas where we had to attend a presentation. After Tony buttered us up, Amy laid out the sales pitch (which was very compelling), and Linda ran our card. They then charged us 2x for our membership. This was in November of 2025. After we realized we were double charged we have been trying to get someone to fix it. After 4 hours on chat with Justin (who is not professional) He said we would have to do a charge back to our credit card. They now say the merchant account they used was closed and thats the only way they can refund. TOTAL BS. WHAT A GROUP OF SCAMMERS. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS. DON NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY. IF THEY MAKE A MISTAKE YOU WILL BE THE ONE WHO PAYS FOR IT.

Absolutely professional staff. I was very happy with everything all questions answered in a satisfactory manner. All my needs were met.

Fel was marvelous! He understood right away that I just needed a getaway with my grandkids and found a wonderful hotel in Orlando, near all the attractions and at a good price.:). Fel was VERY THOROUGH, LOOKED everything up to be sure he had all the right answers to my many questions, and told me exactly what to expect. :) If the grand hotel is a wonderful as Fel we will have a super time! Thank you!!

I had a great experience with the rep, Angeline, whom I spoke with today! I have nothing good to say about this company, and I wanted to cancel from day one in March 2025, but I was told I couldn't cancel until March 2026! I
