tricky charges ....when I try to confirm free "random seating"

when I try to confirm my booking and choose "Random seating" option FREE, it charges 20 euros to the total amount. There is no possibility to check without a price being added, so for 2 connections, it adds 40 EUR ... I cannot confirm my booking Penang-Paris via Hong Kong

The flight in question was preponed

The flight in question was preponed, and I was informed by Vaka Trip only 1.5 hours prior to departure. Given that this was an international flight, it was extremely challenging to reach the airport in time, and ultimately, I was unable to board the flight.

Upon inquiry at the airport, the airline confirmed that they had informed Vaka Trip about the schedule change 24 hours in advance. This clearly indicates that Vaka Trip failed to relay this critical information to me in a timely manner. The delay in communication was entirely on your part, and not the airline’s responsibility, as your team has repeatedly suggested.

Despite multiple follow-ups, all I have received are generic responses claiming that a refund will be issued “once the airline processes it.” This is unacceptable, considering the fault lies with Vaka Trip’s failure to notify me in time — not with the airline.

I am appalled by the unprofessionalism and lack of accountability shown throughout this experience. The delay and inconvenience caused have not only resulted in a significant financial loss but also emotional distress.

I demand that my full refund be processed immediately. If I do not receive a satisfactory response and resolution within the next 7 business days, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further through consumer protection authorities, social media platforms, and legal avenues if necessary.

Corrected - No PNR - Spelling mistake in last name

UPDATE - I will like to retract my comments.
Vaka was prompt and I did get my PNR and corrected name swiftly. I’m impressed that they cracked a very low price. My flight is day after tomorrow.

We booked a ticket with order number 3481667476830, you have given us an itinerary but we checked the code for online check in and it does not work. And also the ticket issued does not have a terminal location. Edited : received email that indicates ticket and terminal thanks alot.

I booked a ticket via your website

YOUR WEBSITE IS A SCAM!!! First, you confirmed my payment then sent me an email confirmation. Then, after 48 hours, I had to send you another email just to get my itinerary. You then sent me another confirmation and even a BOOKING REFERENCE but when I checked with the airlines, they said that the booking does not exist. Then you guys tell me that it is because the flight is already full? CSR then tells me that they will transfer me to another flight but the did not send me a new itinerary!!

YOUR WEBSITE IS FAKE!!!

I booked a ticket via your website. No tickets have been issued even after 48 hours. The airline, also, could not locate my booking. I need an update on this please. I already sent an email to your website but got no response yet.

After receiving your consent, we notified you that the ticket for the recommended flight was completed at around 3 am. Finally, due to the supplier's system problems, the ticket was notified the next morning, but it was enough for you to go to the airport to use the ticket.
The ticket was issued. At your request, you did not want this recommended flight and asked us to give you a full refund.
Later, we did so according to your request. At present, the full refund has been made to your original payment card.

I actually book a ticket maybe 30…

I actually book a ticket maybe 30 minutes ago but mistakenly I booked the ticket at 10:00 p.m. but I need the ticket at 10 A.M so after just confirming the booking I instantly contact the vakatrip by their email customer support email but they didn't respond me there and as well as I tried to communicate with them in their contact us option by using their contacts option but still there is no response

I have mailed you so many times to change my ticket dates even though from 26 march to 27 march in the same flight at the same time and you have not done the same till now. After acknowledging my request, it feels like I have been ghosted by your customer service over my mail.
Moreover, I had taken your worry free service , but to the contrary, I am having stressful time dealing with the change.
Can you please do it on urgent basis ?
In case if you fail to do it, I would be left with no choice other than complaining to my bank and international consumer protection authorities to resolve my issue and get back my money. Pls don’t make my experience the worst travel experience through you.

Three weeks prior to my flight from DXB…

Three weeks prior to my flight from DXB to Mumbai, I purchased my return ticket; however, Team Vaka was unable to deliver my tickets. That is why I was unable to go to Mumbai.

This was the worst thing that happened. additionally asked for a refund of US$422 in full, but nobody has responded as of yet.

No refund even after Ailines approved

I have refund approved by the Airline, but Vakatrip is continuously saying that waiting for Airlines response from the past 5 months. They just dont care about customer. Customer experience is out of thier dictionary.

I have begged Vakatrip for providing a case number of which they are communicating with Airlines. But the response from Vakatrip is always a standard system generated.
When they can't handle customer support, they should close company rather than eating customer's hard earned money
