i tried to call the customer service hotline but no response :(

I had a very disappointing and stressful experience with iWofly.

On 7 June 2026, I booked a Singapore–Chennai round-trip flight through iWofly and paid approximately SGD 638.54 (charged as USD 491.33). The payment was deducted from my bank account immediately.

Although I received emails stating "Payment Success" and "Ticket Issued," I was unable to obtain reliable confirmation that my booking was properly ticketed and recognized by the airline. After paying a significant amount of money, I expected a clear and verifiable e-ticket that could be confirmed directly with the airline.

Instead, I was left worried about whether I actually had a valid ticket for my trip. I had to spend my own time contacting customer support and seeking independent verification from the airline because I could not trust the information provided.

As a customer, this experience caused unnecessary stress and uncertainty. When a travel company collects payment, customers should not have to chase confirmations or wonder whether their ticket is valid.

I am posting this review to warn other travellers to be extremely careful. Before booking through this company, make sure you can independently verify your reservation directly with the airline and keep records of all payments, emails, and screenshots.

I am currently pursuing complaints with consumer protection authorities and relevant travel industry regulators regarding this matter.

Hi, I tried to contact the customer service via email, since I need to amend the passenger's information, but I received no reply. I also tried calling the international numbers provided, but in vain. May I know how else will I deal with this?

I already cancelled my tickets from the airlines official website, without any cancellation fee (because according to the rules in USA, flight tickets purchased 7 days or more before departure can be cancelled without cancellation fee within 24 hours after booking), the iwofly won’t approve my refund! They say it’s not refundable.

We are very satisfied with the support we received. The team handled our flight schedule change professionally and helped us secure a suitable rebooking. Their prompt responses and clear communication made a big difference. Thank you for the excellent service!

I made a mistake in the booking process and wrote Customer Service to remediate. They did it in 5 minutes. It's all clients need when they have a problem, a quick solution.

This is totally a scam! Please do not book with them, my money has been deducted, even though my ticket was not issued and there has been no refund. they told me to contact my bank which I did, and my bank told me that the funds that I paid to iWofly has been deducted. I and bring this matter futher. Trust me and DO NOT risk booking with iWofly. Clearly a scamming company!

Amazing customer experience. I was worried about rebooking an already booked flight on a short notice. However the customer support team arranged it very well with the airlines company and rescheduled it without additional costs. Response was always very fast. I am highly impressed

Never book through this site. It is a scam and will ruin your travel plans. They do not notify passengers of delays or changes, and there is no care or concern for customers. The service is unreliable, unclear, and extremely disappointing.

But Sky-tours support team has been helpful beyond anything I have expected with fast replies and by correcting everything in the system so we can have safe and peaceful flight.
