waited 43 days refund still no result

I waited 43 days and still no result on my refund.
On December 20, iwofly agreed to my refund application and informed me that the refund would be completed within one month. One month and ten days later, I suddenly remembered this matter and sent them an email. They replied to me that their company’s financial department would review and refund me within three working days. I called them on the morning of the third working day and they told me that I could get a refund today, but as of this afternoon there was still no result.
First of all, if I didn’t mention this, would it mean that the money was pocketed by them? Because the airline returned the refund to them very early, but they were reluctant to return the money to me. I doubt them very much. It's like they do this on purpose. and their attitude is bad, sometime they won't reply your email.

Pricing

Pricing. 15% cheaper than everyone else and the ticket is real (flight from DEL to IAD)
One small negative is that they charged 10$ for an isle seat but I had to pay for isle seat again.

It took almost 1 year to resolve the issu but i kust iWofly team was so helpful and responsive all the time that it didn’t feel like that long

Nope. Stay Away.
You will not be duly notified of any possible transaction fee for payment processing. You will be made solely responsible for any additional charges you never ever agreed to in advance. This is not the case for other agents which clearly, albeit not upfront, show exactly which amout of transaction fee will be added to the total end cost before payment.

Wonderful experience

Dunno why so many one star ratings. Much cheaper than other agencies or even official website price. Ticket issued in 20 minutes after payment. Confirmed with airline and no problem at all. Wonderful, wonderful experience.

not trust worthy company to deal with

it's a crap company
I bought my ticket from them which a specific carrier, and they have changed my flight carrier 2 hours before I fly when i asked them why they said it shared flight but when i paid for the ticket it wasn't shared, they lie a lot don't trust them or buy from them.

Not refunding me after failed ticketing

I was notified that my booking (WF2306247XYTE) failed on 24 June, and iWofly promised to refund me. But it’s 2 August now and I haven’t received my refund!

Ok with 2 hrs waiting time

I paid the amount and the status showed ticketing, I write to customer support & received a copy over email. Some glitches but finally ok, chat function on the website not working. i read lots of negative comments here, but my experience is good.

Iwolfy is the worst website you can…

Iwolfy is the worst website you can book on. I made two booking. One which I canceled and they promised to refund me the money from February, but didn't. The other they canceled the ticket an hour before the trip (thank goodness I made another booking though another platform). They promised to refund the canceled booking, but then made an excuse of he name being wrong and it isn't. They scammed for around 2000 dollars.
