-How to check in?
You need to go to the check in counter and show your booking number. You cant self check in.

-Procee duration?
Around 1-3days. Honestly not that slow. U can even get confirmation w/i 24hrs.

Honestly, they’re so patient. At first when i tried to check in online, it cant bc it asked the their phone number which chinese number. I asked them many times how to book thru email. Imagine there are tons of people like me out there. iwofly is good. So bc i didnt know how to check in, i asked the airport staff and they told me to go to the counter. As i check iin very late, i luckily obtained hot seat lmao haha anw thanks iwofly for your patience.

P/s: their operation hrs is starting from 9:30am(gmt8) so dont expect early replies before tht hrs.

Booked the cheapest price during the…

Booked the cheapest price during the holiday peak from this site, and they gave the eticket reference ID of the airline of which I was able to check that we did have check in baggage allowance, Iwofly email confirmation indicated “no baggage”. I hope they can improve their site for management of tickets and for chat service.

This is the first time I have used…

This is the first time I have used iWofly serrvice.
FYI, I booked a round trip from KLIA to Kota Kinabalu for my family consisting of seven passengers.
I am satisfied with their service because everything I booked was in accordance with, what they advertised and promised. In terms of customer service, they replied to my email timely and swiftly. The most important thing here is we must check our email and keep ourselves updated.
I would like to thank them for making my journery enjoyable and memorable.

Customer services very helpful.

Customer services very helpful.. I have press wrong detial for my 2nd passenger.. I have send email to ask them to change it for me.. They reply me very fast.. No need to wait for long time they have change for me already..

DONT BOOK FROM iWofly. Bad service!

They just simply cancel my flight booking the next day because they said the price went up and blame me because my name is too long so they cannot proceed. this is such a lame excuse. i've never encountered this problem in my whole life.. This is so stupid. Waiting for the refund takes ages and i have to book again, and of course, i will never book from them again!

Horrible experience!

Horrible experience!!
I booked and paid for round trip, when I got to the airport , the staff told me there was no my record on it !!
Ended up I have to get a new one with double price for only one way also stayed up at the airport for 6 hours!!
What the fuxking poor and unreliable service !! DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY !! It’s a mess !!

I will never book with iWofly Service…

I will never book with iWofly Service again. They added another person to our ticket purchase. What the hell? Asked the airline about it and they stated that iWofly Service used an old pandemic coupon to book this other person. Also, airline had incorrect booking information to identify that we did pay. We called iWofly Service who looked into and corrected the mistake. I felt that they should have checked everything when they took our money. Asked for a refund and they refused. I just want t refund for their poor customer service. Oh well. DO NOT USE iWofly Service for anything.

Worse experience ever

Worse experience ever! I would give them zero stars if possible. DO NOT BOOK FROM IWOFLY! Had to cancel my booking because the airline changed schedule conveniently after I successfully booked the flight. No initiative or update from their side and kept blaming the airline when asked about the refund. Finally got my refund after 6 long months. And after I kept emailing them again and again. Funny that they asked me to be patient when they took 6 months to process the refund. Poor service!

Update: You have 76 reviews here and 71% of those are rated 1 star. The negative reviews all revolves around having to experience crappy service from your company so stop giving excuses. Poor service period!

SCAM website

SCAM website, do not buy!
I just booked a ticket with them and through all pages it showed a low price (with taxes and all additional services) when you finally press "pay" the price suddenly increases by over 50% without notifying you that you are agreeing to a new, changed price. Currently writing the credit card company to deny the booking.Customer support also does not reply

Edit: The website blames this on the common change of flight prices in industry. Any other website usually notifies you when there is a price change. This is my first experience where a website will make you go through seat, baggage, insurance selection and consisently show you the same price. Then when you are shown the final price and agree to pay you are directed to selecting your method of payment. That is when in the upper right corner, the tiny number representing the price changes (by way over 50%). Showing prices way below all competitors and then only changing it at the very last second is definatly intentional in order to hope customers won't notice they will actually be charged way more. And apparently this is quite common for this website. Or maybe it is just a coincidence that almost 80% of their reviews are 1star. I would recommend everybody to not support this scam website.

I have booked a ticket from Istanbul to Abu Dhabi from iWofly suddenly they stated that, that ticket offer was for students only and so I asked them to refund my money the promised to do that but the amount has been taken from my account and they did not refund it yet WF221030UESBA. I feel this company is cheating, I will post my experience with iwofly in all the social media

I recently bought a ticket MY-SG

I recently bought a ticket MY-SG. Although I didn't get the ticket from the airlines immediately (30 minutes later), eventually I did. Double checked the booking number with the airlines as well and it's there. Cheaper than the airline website too. So, yeah.
But do take note the email that they send to the official airlines is a different email and not the one you input into iWofly.

Prices shown on initial pages are fake, at check out 50% increase

iWofly is a scam. When searching for the flights, it comes up with very low price, initial 4 tickets showed me SGD 1050. When i clicked to the next page, before i added anything else, it showed SGD1250. By the time i added the insurance and baggage which totals SGD235, plus a payment fee of SGD15, it didnt total SGD1500, but instead SGD 2190 (around there). What a scam and wasted my time in inputting all the passport details etc! Do not waste your time looking at this website.

Not a scam.

Reviews all mentioned that its a scam. Despite their lack of promptness, dont worry too much. Spend more time worrying about your holiday itinerary. To put your worries at ease, you may want to go to airport abit earlier to check in. Would be best if their customer service was fully in English as i has a hard time figuring out but all came to the same outcome. Hafe a safe trip everyone😊

Very hassle experience

I booked a flight for my family worth 17k pesos and in the email it showed that my booking was cancelled but the amount was deducted to my credit card. I went to the bank and ask if the transaction was successful because the customer service of iwofly said that it was not successful. Now I have to wait for 5 banking days if the money will be returned said the bank.

Cannot use ticket bought on IWOFLY

“They do not gave the airline my correct contact (email) so when there is problem with my ticket the airline refused to work with me.”

After I received the confirmation email I realized my name is not in the correct format. I contacted the airline and they said it could be easily dealt with as long as I contact them using the email I registered on my ticket. I was baffled when the airline informed me that the email address I used to write them does not match with the email was registered in my ticket.

So it seemed that either IWOFLY made a mistake with my contact info which now they will not help me modify.

I am now stuck with a ticket I cannot use. Money totally wasted.

Also, I would like to add that IWOFLY does not provide you with a proper ETicket, instead, just an email with your name and your PNR. Very unprofessional.
Never use their service again.

Rude and non existing service

I wanted to book a ticket for this week from their site, however after paying my ticket I realized the dates were in October and not in September. After contacting their service they were simply rude and not understanding at all. Never in my life have I ever been talked so rude to as this customer ‘service’ of theirs. Will never do business with them again.
