Easy communication, straightforward process, quick resolution.

Great communication, super fast response and service.

Our laptop was damaged by water and within one week we received a brand new one. The customer service and repair team were truly amazing. Only one thing to add is that DPD delivered our replacement and the corners of the packaging box were badly bashed but luckily it doesn't appear to have damaged the laptop.

Value Checkers were assigned by my insurance provider to assess and replace a damaged laptop. I have to say that the service they provided was top class. They assessed the laptop very quickly after recieving it, called me to talk through the damage and to decide upon a replacement, which was ordered and sent very efficiently. Even when there was a problem with the courier, they were straight on it to get it resolved quickly (thanks to Katie for the excellent communications). Dealing with Value Checkers from start to finish was a genuine pleasure. They were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.

Value checkers were great in every regard. After my insurance company handed my case to them, I was able to get a brand new iPhone 17 pro replacement within 2 days. Would highly recommend these guys

These guys have been so helpful through my claim. I was provided progress each step of the way. They selected a reasonable replacement device, however the team considered my needs for the right replacement. I am glad this company provided the service for my device.

I was asked by my insurance company to send some items that had been damaged by either an electrical surge or lightning strike during a storm. Value checkers arranged collection. Confirmed within 24 hours that items could not be repaired. Provided an estimate to the insurance company of the replacement cost and when I attempted to purchase one of the items I found the valuation was less than I could purchase the item for As it was a progressing claim I didn't expect to be able to increase the value but asked the question anyway. Value Checkers then replaced the item rather than me receive a cash settlement and again I received this within 48 hours. They also kept me updated both by email and text with the steps involved with their assessments. A very positive experience

Claim went smoothly until the replacement item was being sent. I was advised it was being sent on a specific day. I arranged someone to be at home for that day. I was not sent any tracking information. I had to request this they sent me a tracking number for someone else’s delivery from January. When the information came through it hadn’t been collected by DPD which then delayed the delivery and this was not communicated with me which was disappointing with how well they handled everything prior to this.

Brilliant service from everyone here, they went out of their way to make sure my insurance replacement equipment arrived in time for the jobs I’d got booked with it. Thanks again!
